Been with 02 for the past 9 years and its got so so bad ! 4G is most areas but it just doesn't work its so so slow ! Spoken to others and they have the same issues , Just moved over to EE at £23 for the 5G unlimted Data plan its its just miles better ! really fast 5G in my town! 02 Doesn't even have 5G in my town yet its 2024 !
I can confirm, O2's network coverage map is outright false advertising. My area is on the map as "good coverage inside and outside", but I can't even get 4G signal, let alone 5G.
Hello! If you have BT/EE broadband, you can get the £10-£19** Monthly bundle for Unlimited Data* but if you don’t have BT/EE broadband, it will cost £30-£39** *if you cancel it will go back to original price which is £30-£39** ** comes with a extra (Apple Music, Netflix, Disney, Free EU roaming and etc)
Well I've been with EE so long from the T-Mobile days and with the loyalty discount I'm getting unlimited 5G data for £15 a month. I am using that 5G to get 1.2 GB broadband off peak with about 880 MB peak so it's cheaper than landline broadband so really if you've been with EE a couple of years or more you're going to get a much better deal anyway.
Had been with EE company for few years using phone conversation with EE and they have been very good until I personally went to Taunton Somerset branch UK and was denied for a 14 days return policy. Still with EE lines and broadband but was very disappointed about the Taunton branch. Thank you for EE company using direct call to their company or 0800 number
Agree but I’m with giffgaff and Voda both are getting weaker on signal strength and I think there should be an investigation into the mobile companies. I believe they have powered down the masts because of high fuel costs but are still charging you and I the same service charge, also I’m in Thailand on a regular basis and here the signal it seems anywhere is really good and shows how poor ours is.
O2 r bad so bad doesn’t even let me change my number to o2 contract to o2 pay as u go so decided to move to ee straight forward pac code everything done online

EE for quick speeds and good coverage
O2 for roaming and cheaper prices.
Basically yes. EE also for better customer service, but O2 for their lack of speed caps and better extras for broadband (Virgin Media) customers.
I was recently in Belgium with my O2 phone and I checked my CCTV, and I got a better signal in Antwerp than I can on the south coast of England.

Went to virgin because they piggybacked onto EE. However since virgin merged with o2 the signal has been really bad
I’m now with EE and have a much better signal for the same price as I had with o2
so EE is the best in UK not only better than O2?

It isn't difficult really EE are significantly better than their competition and it's been that way for at least 10 years

Only time I have good O2 data is abroad 😂
@@ryanparry_ same 😂
I've made a BIG mistake going to o2 from EE. Coverage is much better with EE.
I have been with o2 for years and it really is time to move, their coverage and signal strength is getting worse, EE here I come!
Suspicious ..the staff 02 in Bondstreet station area..played the trick to take advantage from client ' s right .dishonest
How about sky?
They're pretty good, will likely do a video review at some point.
Sky use the o2 network there the same
