The case is: 7-8 years pehle kisi ne papa se paise liye the, badle me unhone stamp paper banwaye ki agar wo paise nahi de pate hai to wo apna jameen unke naam karwa denge.
Aisa kuchh agreement kiya tha. Ab wo case court me hai , kyuki wo paise nahi dena chahte aur na hi koi jameen ka koi masla rakhna chahte hain. Papa ne case kar diya court me.
Ab us case ki sunvai hai. Papa ke lawyer bol rahe power of attorney banwane ko, jinke naam par jameen ke liye likha gaya hai, yani ki mere mata ji ke naam par power of attorney .
Matlab ye nahi smjh aa rha ki power of attorney is case me kis tarah se kaam me li ja rahi hai. Ya iska koi misuse toh nai ho skta hai.
Means kya is tarah ke case me power of attorney banwana jruri hota hai, ya kaise iska use hota. Sir Please aap bta denge , kyuki aap is tarah se videos me define kiye hai sab kuchh, ki har tarah aise questions ko aap exact answer kar skte hain. I believe.
Ek aur chij sir, abhi tak POA banwayi nahi hai, lawyer ne bola kal hi banwao.

Man lijiye koi land owner as a co-sharer GPA dwara property deed kardiya ek out sider as a stranger, woh bhi Undivided property, koi possession letter bhi mila hai, possession kisi aur co-sharer ka adhin hai
, without notice to co-sharer, toh kya woh deed or GPA sahi hakdar hoga kya, aur agar invalid hai, usey cancel or pre emption case suitable hoga koi co-sharer ke liye , kya parineeti hoga ??
It will not be valid as per practical norms and can't be utilised for funding ...it can be cancelled @registrar office if GPA is registered...or can be cancelled too even if Notarised
