I love your ideas and attitude to baking. Am just about to get an aga and I find your videos really inspiring, thank you.

Watching from Ireland and really enjoy your videos. Just one question, do your recipes and cooking tips just apply for an Aga or can they be used for an oil fired Rayburn or an oil fired Stanley Brandon? Tom

Hi Tom yes they can be applied to Rayburn and oil fired - you just need an oven thermometer to guage your temperatures for cooking really

ARE YOU UNABLE TO WEAR A MICROPHONE ON YOUR APRON!!!!! or at least SPEAK UP!!! Does no one in Aga read these comments!!!

sorry about that it was a real live demonstration for the benefit of our attendees

Betty Twyford Thank you for your reply. I understand about the audio during live demonstrations. But if you wear a wireless mic on your apron, your voice would not be projected to the gallery. Another separate individual would control your volume as it is being recorded (completely separate). I don’t think the technology here in Canada is that superior to that of the UK, Aga should look into that for you. In closing I would like to say how much I enjoy your clips, what I can hear if it. Tom
