    1st: 1v1ing on world chat
2nd: placing idle bots and opening data panel
3rd: playing ffa on shipment or killhouse
4th: strafing on bots in practice range
these are my warm ups before i hop on ranked snd hope it helps:)

First of all I want to thank you Kith as for you are for me the most relevant and reliable coach in YT for CodM, your content helped me improve esponentially.
    Then, for my warmup routine:
I use the whole 20 min in the practice range starting with reekoil control first at 5 mt, then 10 and 20.
Then I switch to crosshair placement with and without ads (moving around keeping the crosshair in the center of the big target)
Then I switch to tracking and flicking (most boring part, but I lack on those so I focus most)
Then I start slide jumping around ADSing the various targets without shooting to improve yet again crosshair control.
Then a couple of minutes I pretend I'm in a match so I keep sliding and jumping around shooting the target but only when the ADS is in the right position to improve precision.
When I'm 3-4 minutes off the end of the training I start the target challenge and try to move around as much as I can to improve all the already said skills, and trying to reach the highest level I can.
After that I play 5-7 pub matches (FFA, DOM, HP or Kill Confirmed) to aware my lackluster gamesense.
After I feel ready enough I hop in ranked with Frontline, TDM, HP, and DOM.
Sure enough, the constance in doing the warmup routine, helped me improve in a matter of days. And no matter what, even if I don't feel playing ranked, I always warmup to keep my skills growing and sharpening 🥰

My warm up routine is playing two FFA Shipment matches without using scorestreaks, tacticals and lethals. I need to win two times straight in 1st place with an accuracy above 30%, using my main weapon. And every after a rank match, I play the same warm up routine but only 1 win needed. This way, I won't get matched up together or against the same players as I get a little bit of time-off every rank matches.

My warm-up routine will be at practice range doing these things:
    1. tracking down those target practice or those bots at medium range (no need to shoot them) just to feel I get my sensitivity
    2. Recoil mastery and by doing so my preferred main weapon became more consistent
    3. Shooting a single bot at medium speed at medium range since I was adapting and playing at ads fov sync
    4. Practicing those aspect/s were I struggle the most (To be honest I was struggling shooting enemy/ies moving from left to right so I most often shoot a bot at medium speed when start sprinting from left to right)

    My warmup is:
Practice Range and 3 Bots on Level 1 Slow movement
Then add 2 more bots with the same bot settings
If I can now easily kill 5 bots in one mag, I then turn the speed to Fast and Movement Level 5
If I’m warming up with a snipe/marksman, I first do 3 bots slow level 1 close range and 4 bots slow/medium level 1 at medium range
This helped me with tracking a lot in the grandmaster - legendary lobbies
Edit: the term “easily kill 5 bots in one mag” means I can do it 4-6 times in a row then switch it up a bit

I appreciate the tips, but whenever I do these things: watch corners, watch my rear after at least 15 steps moving forward, enemy players will just do the flanking. They charge in at me blindly, they slide down forward and shot me at point blank. And those aren't even using snipers yet. One's using snipers while playing aggressive offense are twice annoying.
But your tips really work on how to stay alive while searching for kills during marches, if not only for tryhards to catch you off guard, or riskingly charge their way towards you just for at least 1 kill, which is a real drag

I warm up for 40 mins (meaning 20 minutes but twice in practice range) is essential to practice closer distance first and then medium (no far because likely you won't engage with very far distance opponents for example snipers mains against a rifle/smg) with high speed and left to right always and sometimes forward and back as well since most likely they will strafe and rush a lot and 3-5 max bots depending on what gun you are using, for example a 30 mag rifle you should have the flexibility to kill 3-4 targets with a single mag if proper trigger (shooting automatic or semi burst shots) and ammo discipline...

Biggest mistake possible is using the shorty slugs. I had every other attachment as minus ads bullet spread, but when I went to test it in training I aimed center mass at the dummy from 5 meters away and it missed... It's cone of fire when you're ads is around 50% of your reticle. It's basically following the inverse square law at this point! Not even mentioning that slugs aren't a one shot kill under any circumstance! Point blank slug to the skull does 91 damage... Getting a hit at any range is based on luck and will take two shots to kill, when the gun also forces a delay between shots... I think Molotov has a shorter ttk at this point

My warm up before going ranked is to go on 2-3 pub domination/hardpoint. Using the gun im about to push with and my goal is to get an atleast 15 KD game on one of those pub matches. Or get a nuke in one of them before going into ranked. These helps my muscle memory and gives me the adrenaline needed to be in the flow state of the weapon im about to use. Be it sniper, shotgun, AR, SMG, LMG. Name it. This helps a lot for someone who can only play cod mobile with only 2 thumbs because of a strange condition in my hands where if 1 finger moves, the other Will also move, this could mess up aiming and touching buttons if i use more than 1 finger in 1 hand. So warming up my muscle memory would be huge if i want to get those Ws in grandmaster lobies with all the Players using more than 2 fingers.
