Dimash was introduced to the world when participated in a singing competition in China in 2017. He won the hearts of the Chinese and he became an instant celebrity in that country. After the competition, he stayed in China most of the time as the Chinese occupied most of the days of his calendar. Other than China, he started making a name in Russia, in some of the post soviet republics, and in Europe. People from four corners of the globe were visiting his country, Kazakhstan, just to see where he live, the university where he obtained his music education, his classroom, the chair where he was seated, the piano he played, etc. Unfortunately, his spiking career was halted by the pandemic. Growing up, Dimash attended the most prestigious music school for youth in Kazakhstan. Most of his band and backup singers are those he grew up with in that school and shared dorm rooms with. Listen again? I have been listening to different versions of this song daily, multiple times a day ever since I accidently bumped into Dimash on RUclips 4.5 years ago. The same can be said about his multiple other songs. Dimash is my soul healer. He is the best singer in the world for me. Range is only one of the many different vocal and technical tools he uses to tell a story and express the emotions. Not all his songs have wide range. He performs each song in a way which is suitable for that song and the emotions he wants to transmit. It can be vibrato (he has a million kinds of different vibratos), whisper, belts, dynamics, you name it, and his tone is always gorgeous and rich in any register, genre and style of singing.

DIMASH makes a valid impression each and every performance and there are hundreds of them to react to. He kills it in a different way every performance. You can never be assured of what he will do until you hear it. Every trick, no he only did less than 10% in this song of all he is capable of doing. For over 6 years now I can never be sure what I will hear from him next.

Just to bring a bit of reality, the Dears will usually recommend only the big theatrical or great art pieces in Dimash's repertoire which are amazing and wonderful but you cannot put Dimash in a box. Half or more of his songs do not have a huge differential in vocal ranges but are great songs. So, do not expect every song to go very high or very low. Such as the very beautiful Akkuym, If I Never Breath Again, Makhabbat Ber Magan, Samaltau, Moonlight Mama, War and Peace, Qairan Elim and many more pop styles such as Fly Away, Okay, Golden, Durdaraz (folk/rock), Zhalyn, etc.

Oh no, no, Dimash didn't put all his vocal abilities into one song :) It sounds incredible, but it's unlikely that you saw 1% of his possibilities in this particular absolutely mind blowing song. Dimash will surprise you with almost every new song. Even if you don’t see new vocal techniques in some song, you will be touched by the soulfulness and depth that Dimash is able to convey vocally and musically without the need to understand the language in which he sings.

Just a tip. It's Dimash performs songs in his many as 15 languages it is always best to put subtitles on because you never know which language you're going to get. Just so you know you still haven't heard his lowest nor his highest note. He is classically trained in opera and classical music but also trained in contemporary music and musical theater. This is what allows him to move between operatic technique and contemporary/pop technique or style.

Dimash was introduced to the world when participated in a singing competition in China in 2017. He won the hearts of the Chinese and he became an instant celebrity in that country. After the competition, he stayed in China most of the time as the Chinese occupied most of the days of his calendar. Other than China, he started making a name in Russia, in some of the post soviet republics, and in Europe. People from four corners of the globe were visiting his country, Kazakhstan, just to see where he live, the university where he obtained his music education, his classroom, the chair where he was seated, the piano he played, etc. Unfortunately, his spiking career was halted by the pandemic. What you have just watched was part of his online concert in 2021 since face-to-face was not allowed at that time.

Growing up, Dimash attended the most prestigious music school for youth in Kazakhstan.
Most of his band and backup singers are those he grew up with in that school and shared dorm rooms with. This includes his backup singers.
He has become so wealthy, not only as singer but as a male model and doing advertisements that he can easily support all of them along with his family.
He is highly famous around the world except for the U.S. and I have been listening to him for 7 years.

Listen again? I have been listening to different versions of this song daily, multiple times a day ever since I accidently bumped into Dimash on RUclips 4.5 years ago. The same can be said about his multiple other songs. Dimash is my soul healer. He is the best singer in the world for me. Range is only one of the many different vocal and technical tools he uses to tell a story and express the emotions. Not all his songs have wide range. He performs each song in a way which is suitable for that song and the emotions he wants to transmit. It can be vibrato (he has a million kinds of different vibratos), whisper, belts, dynamics, you name it, and his tone is always gorgeous and rich in any register, genre and style of singing.
I subscribed for Ren, but I'm so stinking excited that you discovered Dimash!! 😊 I've been a huge fan ever since the start of COVID. He's unique, incredibly humble, hardworking, kind, intelligent, and has the best voice in the universe, I'm pretty sure. 😊 He's so multi faceted...he covers many genres, but with his own personal stamp. He's totally creatively independent. He's ethic Kazakh, from Kazakhstan, and his culture works its way into much of his music. It's so beautiful.

Just to bring a bit of reality, the Dears will usually recommend only the big theatrical or great art pieces in Dimash's repertoire which are amazing and wonderful but you cannot put Dimash in a box. Half or more of his songs do not have a huge differential in vocal ranges but are great songs. So, do not expect every song to go very high or very low. Such as the very beautiful Akkuym, If I Never Breath Again, Makhabbat Ber Magan, Samaltau, Moonlight Mama, War and Peace, Qairan Elim and many more pop styles such as Fly Away, Okay, Golden, Durdaraz (folk/rock), Zhalyn, etc.

Oh no, no, Dimash didn't put all his vocal abilities into one song :) It sounds incredible, but it's unlikely that you saw 1% of his possibilities in this particular absolutely mind blowing song. Dimash will surprise you with almost every new song. Even if you don’t see new vocal techniques in some song, you will be touched by the soulfulness and depth that Dimash is able to convey vocally and musically without the need to understand the language in which he sings.

I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person.
