A dollop with daisy. Missed the que with the sour cream.. the Mango slicing is tricky but I found the Mango tool to remove the meat from the seed in a. Oxo good grip Mango slicer/splitter makes deseeding the Mango a lot easier and a whole lot safer. It cost around 15 dollars but is save on the fingers and the cost of and emergency trip to the hospital.
Like these jerk chicken tacos but i haven't had a taco I didn't like yet. Tacos the first finger food/appetizer as every culture has some variation of it. They may not call it a taco but the concept is the same.

I use a potato peeler to get the skin off the mango then slice off pieces of the mango all around that seed...easy peezy

I gave up trying to cut up a mango a long time ago. Just is not worth it. So much easier to get the precut slices!!! This is a bombtastic recipe, Dude.....thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

It would have been so much easier, and safer, to cut the sides off the Mango before you peeled it. Then cubed it.

@@CJ_Frazier You don't have to peel it, you cube it in the skin then cut each one out away from the skin. It is so much easier and safer.
