Mannn we took our two year old to Hawaii a few years ago and lemme tell you the new environment and activity's/different stimulation changed her mental growth trajectory. It was incredible. Hope you all have a great trip.

Ummm when I was 25 yrs old I flew ALONE WITH THREE Under age 5 for 24 hours straight- not one of them slept at same time- went in three countries and three plane changes…. And I got no help from anyone but had a lot of looks and well … y’all got it made!!!! 😂 ❤

Try pinching your nose and blowing. That helps pop the ear pressure! 😄 works for me on the plane!
Get Earplanes to help with your ears flying! You can buy them at drug stores or even the airport themselves. I rely on these heavily because I have messed up ears, but they’re ear plugs that help your ears adjust to the pressure changes.

One of the hardest hikes straight up and down. Short but brutal.... my husband actually offered to carry an older woman out. Sitting in that valley is magic
