No one's talking about Childe's; using the scarf to obscure the screen with that beat drop, it truly felt like a huge tsunami was engulfing. It's sad how Childe's demo literally got overshadowed by Zhongli's during the time they were released (and the latter is still a fan favorite to this day), though I'm not one to complain since both are pretty good IMO.
IKR??? I like tartaglia's transition so much. The one with Zhongli is cool and all because it blurs into light which makes it truly impeccable. My favorite gotta be Hu tao or Itto, those two's songs fit way too well and personally, they are my favorite genshin demo songs. Zhongli, Tartaglia, and Yun Jin's trailer gotta be my #2 on my list. I feel like I am a bit bias for Hu tao because she is the only 5 star I have out of all the 3, but I am trying not to be.

But then again your opinion is valid, i do feel it's a shame, but not lazy. Also I'm pretty sure the reason why wanderer got a slightly different drip marketing splash art is because if they released the version without the hat people who didn't see leaks would go crazy thinking they removed his iconic hat LMAO Edit: also, are we just gonna ignore the amount of official art put out by web events in every version as well as all the animated art in in-game events? I hope some of the oldest character will get a chance to shine in future versions. In both their demos and their attacks/cutscenes, they have so much less time or ability to show off bc they’re older and the budget was smaller etc. I always feel like Childe especially got done dirty. He’s only showed up in one (and a half ig) event, and he hasn’t been in the story since 1.1. I miss him. 😢
i gotta say, in my opinion, klee's is honestly the best transition. i had to lower the frame rate on my third try to catch it, while all of the others, even some of the really good ones, i could catch on my first try at normal speed
the cool thing is u can clearly see their "art style" evolve overtime! theres something similar with albedos and ganyus demo for example. you can tell they were released at the same time lol but at the same time it looksnlike they cant decide on a consistent style but thats alright
Yes every single one of them are amazing, some even better that Zhongli's. But with that beat drop and slow somewhat traditional music and that silhouette makes it the most iconic and most viewed genshin trailer ever.
I have a lot of favorites… Ganyu, Albedo, Raiden Shogun, Shenhe, Yae Miko, Yelan, Hu Tao, Eula, Ayaka, Heizou, Venti, Fischl, Kokomi… I guess I just don’t have a favorite I love them all!
this made me realise how many characters i have just collecting dust in my cupboard... oh my poor childe, zhongli, albedo and eula... once the staples of my open world teams, and now i just occasionally use them in abyss if the unique effects call for it (which is almost never, since they usually cater to the newest chars...)
fischl, venti, klee, eula, kazuha, yoimiya, sara, kokomi, itto, shenhe, yae from 2d to 3d to 2d again, and yelan have the smoothest transitions especially klee its so cute but I personally love raiden, yunjin, shenhe and yelan
