Hopalong Cassidy and his crew get involved in a war over water rights in this feature from Harry Sherman Productions and Paramount Pictures. The intrigue starts when crafty Joe Weller (Morris Ankrum) turns two ranchers against each other, which leads to dire results. This is the 33rd of 66 Hopalong Cassidy movies, with WIlliam Boyd in the role he made famous. Also, look for regular Hoppy co-stars Russell Hayden as “Lucky Jenkins”, and Andy Clyde as “California Carson.”
