The Feinberg difference is just a lot bigger in Blockwars compared to other events for a few reasons. 1. Blockwars caters to a roster that's not entirely people who play minecraft. So typically on every team there's at least 1 or 2 people who either barely play minecraft or don't play minecraft at all. So when you have a charismatic igl like Feinberg, it's a lot easier for him to pull that team together, pull some of the slack himself to allow a newcomer like Dokibird to do as well as she did. Other team leaders may have the strategies down for themselves but aren't as good as Feinberg at pulling together the less experienced members of the team. 2. The experience he has in Blockwars is so high to the point where the games are down to a science for him, whereas in other events he'll do solid in every game, but for example in MCC, he's still learning how to play the games himself, which isn't going to result in as big of a Feinberg difference in those types of events.
Doki was such a vibe dude... Feinberg had an overlay of discord where it would highlight who was talking... Almost everytime doki was highlighted... She yapped a lot, and I love friendly and goofy yappers.... All in all, I enjoyed this team a lot
Idk if this would apply but its good to mention that he did coach the winning mcc rising 3 team. Thats obviously based on the team being very good, but he did coach them
Feinberg Difference is also very important in other not completely team-oriented games like Battle where he can help position his team in the best to succeed by telling his team when to push up or when to back off or when to chase a kill. His communication is elite placing him and his team in the best spot to succeed.
You explained Order Up well, but if we compare Tomb Titans and SoT, Feinberg can carry a lot more in Tomb Titans because he doesn't have to rely on his teammates supplying enough sand. MCC games in general are set up in a way that there is never one pivotal player. Sure, there can be unique roles like the sandkeeper or the BM floater, but let's take RRR for example: Someone places rails, someone clears the route, someone scouts ahead and takes care of side vaults, someone grabs the gold in the walls, but the team's performance hinges on all of these players (maybe least on the gold digger). The only similar performance in MCC would be Grian in Build Mart as he really manages all players and leads the team in all aspects of the game. I could see Feinberg pulling off something similar if Build Mart still made regular appearances. In addition, someone else already mentioned that Feinberg is very good at guiding inexperienced Minecraft players through the event, and this is also something that applies to MCC, e.g. with ChilledChaos. He can explain how the game works and he has a strategy ready that allows the new players to reach their potential. This actually extended to your entire team in BW 13 as you all took great care of Doki. You have a calm demeanour and a lot of experience, Gumi knows Doki well and can draw comparisons to games she knows Doki knows, and Geega can offer the perspective of someone who doesn't know too much about Minecraft in general but has played a good amount of BW. Contrast this to Toma, who was left to fend for herself a lot on an already struggling team because Fruit and Shadoune just aren't that great at offering guidance.

I Love Wolfeei Mogul Mail Plot twist: Wolfeei was actually doing field research when teaming with Fein to realise how The Feinberg Difference actually worked /j /pos But genuinely, this kinda made me realise how similar BW teams are to NBA teams in a way (I might just be sleep deprived lmao): I mean, there are teams of 5, if you have a good (S-tier) duo you have a good chance at winning depending on who your role players (3rd, 4th and 5th frag) are, if you have a "big 3" (or if the 3rd frag performs better than expected), your shot at winning are even higher, people underestimate some teams in the Preseason, while hyping up others (Team announcements), only for the underestimated teams to outperform the hyped up ones (sometimes) Idk tho, I might just be sleep deprived but it seems pretty similar...
