I have problems with 0 indication of ph, pka nor ka. I thought books had dictionaries of ka values assigned to chemicals. Where is this and why should it not exist?

Can Ka always be Ka = [H+]^2 / [HA]?
Idk when I should use Ka = [H+][A-] / [HA]
With weak acids but not with buffers. This is year later. Idk if you still need but yeah
when taking square root of H+ concentration we should take answer to 3s.f?
I beg you to tell me the pKa of C2H8O2 ethanol water
