Starting to catch up in a roundabout way. Thanx for the additional work on the Maryland BGF "exports". Fascinating. I worked with a family of DMI (Dead man inc.) years ago and am working backwards to try to piece together the west coast influence that changed east coast "politics". Not just in MD. but the bloods in NY (etc) or the Latin King influence from Chicago last century to the east coast at present. Think "King Felipe" is one of a very few under a type of "no human contact" rules to try and combat "inside out" communications. Sad that California (i lived there 95-96) was decades ahead in seeing/addressing the multiple problems. Thanx for your efforts. They are important.
