Hey Music brothers and sisters!!!!! I've been playing Piano* for 55 years and am "In LOVE" with Senri* and Kanade* I teach in Seattle and often show their projects to students and use them as "Shadow Band Members" to play with! What I love is all you *GUYS* (ALL - Awesome in your own right) look like me... My favorite thing in life is underestimating someone... Can just imagine Senri or Kanade walking into a session and saying... Could I try those things ;-) Thennnnnnn* OMG* You all know the rest! And, I sooo Envy* you! AMAZING Talent... Have fun friends! JAY**7z
涙曲であり幸曲であり美曲である。そして何より名曲である。 300年後も違う銀河で歌われているだろう。愛の速度は光よりも速いのだから。。。 It is a tear and a song and it is a beautiful song. And, above all, it is a masterpiece. After 300 years it will be sung on a different galaxy. Because the speed of love is faster than light. . .
Been watching Senri since she was barely able to see over her drum kit. She just keeps getting better and better. She will go down as one of the giants of jazz drumming.
This style of music is usually weak on good melodies, but this song is very catchy and played extremely well by amazing musicians! It has such a rich sound full of tricks and hooks. Please make a whole album together, for all of us to enjoy, please.
All this great fusion coming out of Japan via Scandanavia..or do I have that backwards? Senri is, as always, fantastic; and Jan's bass playing is super tasty...4 -5 pieces are my favorite fusion lineups. It sort of reminds me of an updated and much refined bit the scene in NYC in the '80s(of which I was never a part). Flim and the BBs...and I love Bill Berg and Billy Barber. That's the highest praise I can give. Fantastic.
Yes Jan it is dated! It has a clean sound, instrument layering, dynamics with no wall of sound. How could you be so cruel. All aside this is outstanding. Senri and yourself compliment each other. If this was a single at 16/44 or above I would pay for it. Great work
My Personal **Music Dream** Performance... ALL of You* and add Kanade too Senri (Chester Thompson & Phil Collins reincarnated) and hand *Cydel Gabutero* (#1 Power of Love-cover) a microphone... Just Saying! I've seen 100's of concerts... Return to Forever (Share that with Senri) at The Roxy in Hollywood... 300 Seats two+ hours, as well as every top band from 1970's-2010's... LORD..... Please let them "HONOR" us! What a Bnad that would be! Last ps**** So, do you guys think I like you or what??
Actually it´s true what Holberg says. It is three different locations in this video. All the keyboards and saxophones are recorded/shot in my studio in Norway, while the guitars are recorded/shot on Iceland, at the guitarists own recording studio. While Jan and Senri recorded/shot bass and drums in Japan. I´ve got all the files sent back to me in Norway, and mixed the music and video all together. I have tried to use color settings so that it all should blend nicely together in the video. Guess that´s why it looks like it´s one location...
Well, you've done a remarkable job of making three places and three performances seem like one. I suppose this saves money since no one needs to travel.
ps**** As a Teacher* Have to throw in my critique... Senri* Of the 100,000+ rhythm-notes played, around the 86,123rd.. You* were an 1/8 (Eighth) of a second off... C/MON GIRL* You Be Slipping!!!!!! Thank You* "ALL" for the "On-Re-Play" tune! -- Much Love** JAY**7z
And that's how the pro's do it. Serious ability on hand here. So much sound out of that bass for such economy of movement!?!?!? As for the score it's a bit blah with the sax player probably being asked not to stray too much. Certainly were some missed opportunities there for him to cut loose. Commercially marketable though, which was probably the intent.
Honestly, it's boring jazz at its finest. Senri and Jan are outstanding musicians, but the music is never ever going to touch souls. Nobody is going to be wanting to dance, nobody is going to be playing this at their wedding, and nobody is going to remember this three years after it was released (which is when I'm typing this). The problem with modern jazz musicians is that they don't think of the audience. We swill beer, we fart when we're not supposed to, and we don't care what color the wine is. Senri, get with the program while you still can. You enjoy playing drums, but why not enjoy playing drums and making money at the same time?
Nice tune, and all these musicians are superb, but for me, it is Senri who brings the MAGIC!!
Senri Kawaguchi as always fantastic job :D
Still fucking excellent! Everyone is fanataaastic!
It’s been a good few years and I keep coming back to this track and it always feels like the first time
Senri always seems to keep great company with some fine musicians. I could listen to this track all day!
My exact thoughts. She just molds herself to whatever music she's playing.
Once again the best come together to play w Senri - the greatest drummer ever.
Love this track Jan. Senri is just an absolute pleasure to watch playing drums and the musicianship is superb by all. Nice work.
Great bass player with a unique sound! And Senri, not only is she technically proficient she's also extremely musical.
I can listen to this all day...beautiful sound
Me too.
love it

I recommend T-Square, its my personal fave jazz fusion band. Their songs have catchy melodies.
Very nice. Got that Casiopea feel to it.
awesome sounds from all these great musicians !!
Congrats! You never disappoint us! Thank you!
Nice composition, hard driving supportive bassist.
Great performance👍👏👏👏
Great!
Senri!!!!
Great job Senri!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 One of my favourite performances of yours.
2:30 - 2:40 fabulous interplay👏
helt knall!
Good Preject .. and Song .
Beautiful work!
The only thing wrong with this collaboration is that it should have been for an album instead of a single. Sounds great.
Senri is funking unreal!!
Fantastisk låt :-)herlig funky bass
It's gonna take me a while to learn this bassline by ear lol
NICE JAZZ SOUNDS

ehm i would like if the bass was a bit louder in the mix or less compressed maybe
Aaaaaaaa senri san :3..
Digg musikk jan
How the hell can you make it look so easy?
When you spend all of your points on the rhythm section.

"Video shoot in Japan: ALFANOTE & Yoshiaki Watanuki
Video shoot in Norway: Instinct Productions & Arild Følstad"
Japan and Norway?
Yes, the song is recorded in both Norway and Japan......and, the guitars are recorded in Reykjavik, Iceland. Its a small world u know:)
It appears to have been recorded in one place. Why the added complexity?

Thanks! It saves money and time, since everyone is quite busy nowadays :-)
Is this considered smooth jazz?
more like fusion imo

louder bass would've been better. Good stuff though.
Der Song hat was, ist aber nix besonderes.
Bra tekniske men føler ingenting. Sorry.
