I really like when musicians express themselves with facial and body language , not that all musicians have to do that but there may be some that avoid doing that just because they feel "embarras".
Dr. Joe Dispenza neuroscientists , lecturer and one of the smartest guy would tell you that the energy is moving through the body.....music is information, energy, vibration, frequency (mhz)..As young he had martial art studio., did biking, yoga, studied hypnotherapy, neurosciience epigenetics .He is chiropractor too. He loves music for his own projects and is also wine lover because of his family members He does wine tour....Now he is helping people to change their health or be successful.
