This was beautiful to watch. I have enjoyed watching you grow into your faith. The devil attacks those he is scared of, those who he doesn’t have in his grasp. There are people who say oh I don’t go through trials or why do Gods people struggle if they have God? but that’s because their is a war in the spiritual between God and the devil. The devil doesn’t have to attack or try to manipulate the people who are already on his side or who are lukewarm.
The fact that this showed up on myTL as I have been going through a DARK season for over a year now. There have been many times where I felt suicidal and out of control in my life, I even turn to alcohol or other substances for comfort. I tried so hard to fix it all on my own. Maybe if I fix this, I’ll feel better, yet nothing changed. I finally REALIZED yesterday that I need to seek comfort from the Lord himself and stop leaning on my own understanding because I see myself straying away and engaging in reckless behaviors to cope, so I feel it’s not a mistake that this popped up on my feed. Just like you, I had a realization that I only know OF the lord and would love to get to know him better ❤️I am so grateful and appreciative that you shared your testimony, Thank you for being so open and vulnerable with us❤️ At times we feel so alone in the darkness and forget that there are other people experiencing that same as us. No one has a straight foward sense of direction, everyone is just engaging in the moment allowing their bodies to feal those emotions without running from them physically or mentally. The honest truth is. I hadn’t watched a video of yours since right after your wedding. I love your content tho, I just fell off of youtube for a while. This was beautiful to watch. I have enjoyed watching you grow into your faith. The devil attacks those he is scared of, those who he doesn’t have in his grasp. There are people who say oh I don’t go through trials or why do Gods people struggle if they have God? but that’s because their is a war in the spiritual between God and the devil. The devil doesn’t have to attack or try to manipulate the people who are already on his side or who are lukewarm.
The fact that this showed up on myTL as I have been going through a DARK season for over a year now. There have been many times where I felt suicidal and out of control in my life, I even turn to alcohol or other substances for comfort. I tried so hard to fix it all on my own. Maybe if I fix this, I’ll feel better, yet nothing changed. I finally REALIZED yesterday that I need to seek comfort from the Lord himself and stop leaning on my own understanding because I see myself straying away and engaging in reckless behaviors to cope, so I feel it’s not a mistake that this popped up on my feed. Just like you, I had a realization that I only know OF the lord and would love to get to know him better ❤️I am so grateful and appreciative that you shared your testimony, Thank you for being so open and vulnerable with us❤️ At times we feel so alone in the darkness and forget that there are other people experiencing that same as us. No one has a straight foward sense of direction, everyone is just engaging in the moment allowing their bodies to feal those emotions without running from them physically or mentally. Life is about the present moment and how good you feel being alive now in this very moment, cherish and appreciate every moment, want every moment with gratitude so that you can stay focused on it visually and mentally ,enjoy it, nothing last forever but look at how beautiful it is and lucky we are now😊 much love❤️

The honest truth is. I hadn’t watched a video of yours since right after your wedding. I love your content tho, I just fell off of youtube for a while. But I was drawn to this video for reason I had no clue but i know now. Im only 23. Felt lost for awhile now but i felt everything you said in this video. I’ve been watching you and Josh since high school and with each phase you’ve gone through, you’ve taught me so much about myself as well. During my parents divorce in HS, y’all’s love was an amazing example for me to never give up on companionship and commitment. You entering your WOMANHOOD era, was also when I wanted to lean more into my femininity and you are my big sister in it. Learnt a lot that I was able to pass on to my younger sister as well.
