You can, but you gotta cook it in the oven with the big bakers pan with water that seasoned in rotate it while it cooks the water will keep it from burning and help cook by the time you cook off all the water and brown the meatball to perfection on the outside that way be fully cooked

Wow just googled it and those burgers are huge!!
You should’ve put the giant meatball in the oven with some water and then once that water operated you had a little bit more water and flipped the meatball and then once the meatball gets dark, it would’ve been fully cooked all the way through without burning outside because the water prevents the burning at first
