Bring out eat cold with some branston sweet pickle … could even have a bit of boiled egg on side …. Lush so filling and good for you ….. real garlic breath though x

1 small pack Pasta(400-500g), red onion+1 each red, yellow and green bell peppers diced, double pack bacon diced pancetta, 12 thick sausages chopped into inch/ bite size bits, 500ml single or double cream depending on how thick and creamy you prefer, 400g mixed frozen peas carrot sweetcorn, 500g thickly diced chicken, (1 chicken or veggie oxo stock cube 400ml water)…. Boil the pasta in the oxo cube stock add the frozen veggies for last 2mins, in a deep frying pan on the hob fry the sausages, chicken, bacon diced pancetta when almost done add the cream and let simmer for 3mins, when the pasta and veggies are almost done drain into a large bowl and add the pasta and veggies to the meat and cream and fold together till the pasta is fully coated in cream add oxo stock spoon full at a time to get the thickness or juicy thinness you like continue to fold mix together for a minute and then dish up in soup bowl or meal prep dishes, can keep in fridge once cooled for 3days or label and freeze for when ever you want for upto a month defrost over night in fridge before reheating or serving cold for lunch or dinner can also add pepperami sticks as a side snack or add extra fruit or veggie salads
