San Francisco’s system was shutdown in 2019 for an upgrade after they feared someone would hack the system as someone did that with Dallas TX’s system not to long before. But Covid delayed it and there still lollygaging.

Exactly. Not all ATI’s are bad. But SF Needs to get there head outta there ass and upgrade the system.
