yeah the only way to "play" for me is just to get ready to start prefiring if I am getting rubberbanding next to an angle. Or, to fall back...but the game's crap netcode just now tells people where everyone else is. There is definitely a miscommunication between the server and client, and the server is making people have rubberbanding and what feels like input lag on their end. This is thee server "moving" the player to their actual spot, meaning it's not correctly processing player inputs, thus....it's essentially unplayable. And maybe due to poor optimization on server side? I made sure my pc could run cs2, it ran csgo at 1250fps after upgrading for cs2, and since all the updates, my fps has gone down 70%. Not that I need to run it at ~740fps but now it runs at 240fps with 1% lows at 137. Sometimes, the server does not run some of my inputs, and I know the keys work. Same with the mouse. I sprayed at a guy and the actual spray came in on my screen probably 3 seconds later.

Since trust/rank update it seems like more people are hacking in competitive. (Last game 2 hackers in my team 1 in enemy team). At least 2 sus people in every game. Hit reg does seem worse getting killed behind walls is a thing again.
I am getting insane lag spike. The ms number that appears beside average fps if you turn on in game performance monitors spikes from 10ms to 100ms frequently.

Its the CPU since most games especially cs2 rely more on it than the gpu, what i recommend for ram problems is to download a ram cleaner, for me i use razer cortex, this frees up to 2gb ram everytime you boot up the game. Cs2 is a joke

snap tap is just null binds, might as well just ban it in leagues, but if as for regular players i guess whatever, since you can just use null binds either way and get the exact same result.

I used to get 300-400+ fps in CSGO I get 80-140 fps in CS2 It didn't feel this broken at the beginning of CS2... What happened? Like the game is unplayable for me rn.

I started playing in a dedicated discord channel where they review check players as well, and I've been having so much fun. I only started playing CS during COVID, and had to stop when college came around. Getting back into it was hard with many of the issues plaguing the game (mostly cheating), and since FACEIT doesn't support Linux, it's my only option.

The last 3 weeks I've been deep in the cs2 workshop tools working on a fun/custom map. Mostly because playing CS2 Premier sucks and no one joins my or really any public servers I ping good to.
Everyone in my match just looks like they are moving forwards 1 frame and then 5 meters back on the next. I am missing all my awp shots (well, not all). The game feels unplayable.
So far here in South Africa I havent seen rubberbanding bugs or glitches. Just an enourmously large group of people who play well beyond normal human nature. (So in my response fix hacker before anything else) And yeah just get a drop or so. :)
i dont really understand adding in the numbers at 5:22 ish because its obvious that a company just starting out in 2003 is gonna pay way less then when it becomes the biggest gaming company in the world for selling and even making games. rtx 3080 and overclocked i9 9900k and my fps drops to 180 and rarely goes over 300. Im using competetive graphics and 4:3 res. Its literally unplayable. SMH. In csgo i never had issues with performance even with my old ass pc back in 2018 with gtx 1060 and i5.

There should be a button in competitive modes "I refuse to play because there is a cheater in other team 100%" and the match is canceled, demo sent to the patrol, if false alarm, you are warned and blocked for some time.
@@evankim2406 that's why patrol members will be a semi closed group, participation will require registration and signing under the terms, only selected few will review the cases, should be also that demo is not downloaded on hard drive but uploaded to RAM or something, only specific moments of the game so it's easier and faster to find and put verdict on obvious cheaters. Whatever, we should always remember that valve as any company only cares for money, if cheaters earn them money, valve won't ban cheaters' hardware from creating another accounts to buy prime status again. Maybe should just treat the game as mean of making steam wallet, cs was never great for competitive games anyway.

You can try out valorant. There is also just dm unrated and comp but competetive matches are actually fun, there are no cheaters and if u hit a shot it lands unlike in cs2 (128 tick vs subtick crap 😂). I play in eu and ppl I play with are okay only if u dont get the kids and everyone knows that cs is just plagued with toxicity and russians or both 😅

I have played roughly 4K hours and have played since the early days of source. I have never seen so many cheaters in MM. Which is a shame but you can’t blame them if no action is being taken. People are going to do what’s in their best interest. Valve has to make it in their best interest to not cheat so blatantly.
Imagine being able to play CSGO, within CS2. Should give the option. CS2 is garbage. Good bullets that don't register, ghost bullets that register, chiters, bugs, performance, game modes, number of people playing, movement, awp, recoil, crosshair/aim movement, etc, that's a little bit a year later and we still continue. Let it come back or give us the option to play CSGO within CS2, just as you can change the style of PoolDay with 1 button.
We switched to the finals long time ago... sure its not the perfect game, but it is fun and also frustrating (not talking about termial attack). But for a 3 man stack its like the perfect game. We play 1-2 matches of cs2 with weeks aparts, maybe we play 1-2 each day, so cs2 isnt gone completly, but there are alternatives.
used to love to spray in 1.6 and cs go now its a guaranteed loss if you take spray duels and i noticed i win every game by just prefiring every angle one tapping and it feels more like a 1v1 or deathmatch more than a 5v5 ranked and its gotten to the point where its not fun playing anymore. ive played in faceit lvl 10 for 7 years now and a spray ive learned for so long and got rewarded for big plays just doesnt work anymore .. i can spray half a mag where i know he should be dead but he just walks away one tapping me and the rubber banding the awful servers the awful feel the movement sucks and is overall a real stab in the back experience now
I aint even playing, when I play on unlocked FPS it looks so stuttery and mouse input fluctuates or when I lock fps below rr so freesync can work it looks smooth but huge input which is not the case for other games
What sucks more that people like me we bought CSGO we didn't buy CS2 and we cannot play it online any more yes i know there is beta possibility to switch back to CSGO version but it doesn't work only with bots and it's hard to connect on any server if you get at least one you will be happy. It's such a disgrace they released CS2 unfinished product and push it on players to deal with it. I kept hearing the argument that CSGO was in bad state on release too first of all CSS and CS1.6 where available for playing and still are today second point is that CSGO was n much more playable state then this mess is.

Hit reg is SO fucking bad. 5k hours, level 8 faceit. In the last month, I've never had so many assists per game. This game is COOKED.

Theres clipping issues everywhere on all maps, you walk along the wall n you get stuck randomly. Pretty much just playing for drops these days

I started playing in a dedicated discord channel where they review check players as well, and I've been having so much fun. I only started playing CS during COVID, and had to stop when college came around. Getting back into it was hard with many of the issues plaguing the game (mostly cheating), and since FACEIT doesn't support Linux, it's my only option.

Fuck this game, you can’t even play a one normal game without running into real npcs, bots, hackers, throwers, toxic players, Russians talking in game voice chat recording a podcast mid game this game has way too many issues
The last 3 weeks I've been deep in the cs2 workshop tools working on a fun/custom map. Mostly because playing CS2 Premier sucks and no one joins my or really any public servers I ping good to.
I've been having awful microstutters when I flick for the past week or two.
Everyone in my match just looks like they are moving forwards 1 frame and then 5 meters back on the next. I am missing all my awp shots (well, not all). The game feels unplayable.
So far here in South Africa I havent seen rubberbanding bugs or glitches. Just an enourmously large group of people who play well beyond normal human nature. (So in my response fix hacker before anything else) And yeah just get a drop or so. :)
i dont really understand adding in the numbers at 5:22 ish because its obvious that a company just starting out in 2003 is gonna pay way less then when it becomes the biggest gaming company in the world for selling and even making games. Its called paying ur employees based on company value. Just because it has good revenue doesnt mean they need to increase employees either thats a dumb way to run a business.
It's just weird, Dota 2 has less players than CS2, but everytime players finds a bug in Dota, it ALWAYS gets patched out 2 days after

rtx 3080 and overclocked i9 9900k and my fps drops to 180 and rarely goes over 300. Im using competetive graphics and 4:3 res. Its literally unplayable. SMH. In csgo i never had issues with performance even with my old ass pc back in 2018 with gtx 1060 and i5.
CS2, 4070TI, 13700K low settings crashes all the time. Alan Wake 2 high settings no problems. Valve developers are just idiots
Was interested when I first played in November but I got bored and quit I don’t plan to come back ever again.
This issue has been frequent for me for a freaking year!! Dawg, I just wanna play Cs again without freaking rubberbanding!! Or better yet, just give me csgo back man, idc about those stupid smokes or buffed graphics, I just want my game back

The rubber banding is terrible. Sometimes it will completely feeeze me in place unable to shoot or move.
best way how to let them know that something is wrong aka cheaters+lack of content is just simply quitting, the more of us will do that they might finally do something, i quit 2 months ago, not a single reason for me to turn it on
There should be a button in competitive modes "I refuse to play because there is a cheater in other team 100%" and the match is canceled, demo sent to the patrol, if false alarm, you are warned and blocked for some time.
Ah yes, that surely won't be exploited by malicious actors at all!
@@evankim2406 that's why patrol members will be a semi closed group, participation will require registration and signing under the terms, only selected few will review the cases, should be also that demo is not downloaded on hard drive but uploaded to RAM or something, only specific moments of the game so it's easier and faster to find and put verdict on obvious cheaters.
Whatever, we should always remember that valve as any company only cares for money, if cheaters earn them money, valve won't ban cheaters' hardware from creating another accounts to buy prime status again.
Maybe should just treat the game as mean of making steam wallet, cs was never great for competitive games anyway.

it almost feels like work playing cs2 by now. learn all these crappy lineups, do your aim training, go on DM, play a sweaty faceit game with hardly any fun. it's so stale.

You can try out valorant. There is also just dm unrated and comp but competetive matches are actually fun, there are no cheaters and if u hit a shot it lands unlike in cs2 (128 tick vs subtick crap 😂). I play in eu and ppl I play with are okay only if u dont get the kids and everyone knows that cs is just plagued with toxicity and russians or both 😅

got the best specs you can for cs2: 7800x3d with pbo 5 enabled & 70c temps, 6600mhz cl32 ram, rtx 4070
Before the last update my fps was: Low - 450, average - 600, max - 750
Now my fps is: Low - 275, average - 450, max - 650
This game is actually a joke, yeah i dont have a 4090 but still the game is getting CPU limited most of the time
Its horrible, im a lot lower than you specs wise but still on a great 3070ti laptop in csgo i was hitting 700 on benchmarks insane performance and now fully optimised laptop comp settings shit res cs2 drops alot well below 144 refresh rate even below 100-80
@@ojmanoo yep. Play 4:3 comp settings and prefer to lower my hz from 360 to 120 just cos the fps drops dont feel as bad that way :/

I have played roughly 4K hours and have played since the early days of source. I have never seen so many cheaters in MM. Which is a shame but you can’t blame them if no action is being taken. People are going to do what’s in their best interest. Valve has to make it in their best interest to not cheat so blatantly.
Imagine being able to play CSGO, within CS2. Should give the option. CS2 is garbage. Good bullets that don't register, ghost bullets that register, chiters, bugs, performance, game modes, number of people playing, movement, awp, recoil, crosshair/aim movement, etc, that's a little bit a year later and we still continue. Let it come back or give us the option to play CSGO within CS2, just as you can change the style of PoolDay with 1 button.

We switched to the finals long time ago... sure its not the perfect game, but it is fun and also frustrating (not talking about termial attack). But for a 3 man stack its like the perfect game. We play 1-2 matches of cs2 with weeks aparts, maybe we play 1-2 each day, so cs2 isnt gone completly, but there are alternatives.
used to love to spray in 1.6 and cs go now its a guaranteed loss if you take spray duels and i noticed i win every game by just prefiring every angle one tapping and it feels more like a 1v1 or deathmatch more than a 5v5 ranked and its gotten to the point where its not fun playing anymore. ive played in faceit lvl 10 for 7 years now and a spray ive learned for so long and got rewarded for big plays just doesnt work anymore .. i can spray half a mag where i know he should be dead but he just walks away one tapping me and the rubber banding the awful servers the awful feel the movement sucks and is overall a real stab in the back experience now

I aint even playing, when I play on unlocked FPS it looks so stuttery and mouse input fluctuates or when I lock fps below rr so freesync can work it looks smooth but huge input which is not the case for other games
Just fyi. 5 steam devs that create cs2 are cheat creators. So I doubt they’ll ever fix the game…

What sucks more that people like me we bought CSGO we didn't buy CS2 and we cannot play it online any more yes i know there is beta possibility to switch back to CSGO version but it doesn't work only with bots and it's hard to connect on any server if you get at least one you will be happy. It's such a disgrace they released CS2 unfinished product and push it on players to deal with it. I kept hearing the argument that CSGO was in bad state on release too first of all CSS and CS1.6 where available for playing and still are today second point is that CSGO was n much more playable state then this mess is.
