A worker came to the construction site of the Urbana Luxury Apartments. He noticed a ladder was up against the fence and a large construction truck had been moved from where it had been parked overnight.
The truck had been loaded up with copper and other items that did not belong in the bed of the truck. The worker then saw the suspect in the man’s RV, and as he approached the RV, the suspect fled and drove through a closed gate. The gate was destroyed and dragged down H St for a short distance.
The RV was found after the suspect had attempted to drive it into an apartment complex, where he hit 4 parked vehicles off of the 400 blk of Center St. The suspect then dumped the RV on the 300 blk of Guava St and fled after cutting a hole in a fence. Officers arrived and pursued on foot and were led to the hiding place of the suspect by residents of the Centre Towers Apartments. The suspect was not cooperative after being arrested.
Something tells me that once this animal has moved into your RV you don't want it back

Melissa Clark yes it is normal in many areas of San Diego county including Chula Vista. It’s harder for Chula Vista because they are a city that directly borders Mexico. They are dealing with crime and criminals from two countries.
