And it is so important to remember she did this as a tribute to Whitney. At first, everyone was concerned that she might hurt her voice singing as she did. But, if you listen closely you can certainly hear where she took precautions and made it very evident, she knows exactly what she's doing and how she can do it. A remarkable talent and she was 12 at the time of this recording.

What singer. in the history of music, could take a song like this into the stratosphere, then go to the furthest opposite end of the musical spectrum and perform a super low 'sustained' register in 'How Great Thou Art' that is longer than Elvis singing in the same low register?
Angelina recorded this in a studio in LA, I think she had turned 13 here. Perhaps her choice was influenced by her upcoming charity event by David Foster! As it happens, David was a long standing fan of Angelina, from 2015 when Angelina sang What a difference a day makes in Singapore - David was a judge in Asia's got talent back then... Her best live performance would be in Norway, kurbadhagen 10th July, the 18th song in her concert - still had the breath and power!
I never particularly like this song until AJ did it at 12/13. Even then, it had to grow on me. There were comments that she did not belt, maybe could not belt. This put that nonsense to rest.
