Okay I've listened to this song, well over 200 times. And in hi-res flac from her album as well. And this _still_ gave me chills. Love Aimer. Thanks for introducing to who would become my favorite artist, Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works! And the series itself is not bad either. Fate is one of my favorite franchises now too. Aimer is like the canon singer for Fate, I mean she's even done the theme songs for all 3 Heaven's Feel movies! And songs for one of the games and well, and possibly more that I don't know of (but still know the songs at least, because I've listened to almost her entire discography. I just love her so much. She's amazing. Even preordered Sun Dance & Penny Rain special edition from Japan, as well as the anime edition of I beg you, and the regular of Hana no Uta/One. Jamming out to those in my room or in the car is just the best. Also if anyone else is reading this, is this normal for these kind of events? Not just Japan on general. But like, the screaming and cheering before the song is even fully over. I feel like it gets in the way of the performance. Yeah, the vocals are paused, but it isn't a solo. Someone else is playing the musical instrument, too. It's just like Piano + Violin, like in Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso. I love Aimer, but that doesn't mean I won't respect the other artist playing alongside her because of favoritism. Not to mention, at least in _my opinion_, it screws up the experience, or even possibility of having it in an album to listen to the live performance track. And those vocals are just awe-inspiring. I'd even argue it has more to it than the anime's soundtrack version. She came in amazingly. It was nothing short of a grand performance.
to clarify. I'm not mad about it. Just curious. Still enjoyed the watch and everything. And I know every artist and place has different ways tbey do things when performing live. Sometimes they'll have the audience sing some lyrics. Or it will be quiet until the song's last note is played/sung. So I understand that.
