Rottytops is one of my favorite shantae characters for multiple reasons. One being her looks obviously, but her character also has a lot more detail and attention then the majority of the game's npcs
How is it video games can create zombie women that are so freaking cute!? Rotty is just one of them! Darkstalker's Hsien-ko and Skullgirls' Squiggly are two other examples. Video games are freaking awesome.
