For those most Epic of Falling.
Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love" came out in 1961 for the Blue Hawaii Album. This remains a well-known song to this day. I've been thinking of Orchestrating this one for a while but never tried to do it until now. I took down some notes for how I wanted this to go, Mostly from my comrades at School in where we would always sing this song in a quartet manner (I would always sing Bass) Although this time I didn't reference or research anything else besides the Original Song by Elvis unlike my last Orchestral Cover (The Sound of Silence)
[SPOILERS]
A String Section and French Horn guide you to where the Composition Really begins, Followed by the First part by The String Section and a Mellow Choir. As it Progresses, Woodwinds and A Brass Section join to add to the composition. The Timpanis signal the entrance of the Full Brass Section as the Finale charges in with the Full Choir, Strings Section, and Heavy Brass. All Concluding with The Trumpets and The Thunderous Percussion to End the Score.

The first part sounds like an arrangement of wedding music and I don't mean that as a critism, it's great!

I might ask to use this in the near future. Next year will be 120 years of Aviation and 70 years of EAA Oshkosh. This orchestration perfectly captures the sheer awe and childlike wonder I want to capture with a retelling of the history of flight!
2:15 LIKE RIGHT HERE. After the telling of the Wright Brothers, the golden age, and WWII in the first stanzas, BOOM we jump forward in history and see Apollo 11 lifting off Pad 39A! We hear the words of Neil Armstrong. Every note fully embraces the raw power yet gentle grace seen in 120 years of manned flight.
