I do prefare cash as i know what my weekly budget is and stick to it, i tried using the card for a month and found i was vastly overspending, it is far to easy to just bring the card out when you are on say a night out but then you regret it when the bank statement comes in. About Club Pret, one thing that doesnt add up is that Pret claim they have a problem with segregating the customer base to members or non-members but I cant see how revamping the scheme changes that.Its simply hard to imagine anything other than them hoping the membership was gonna entice people to also grab additional stuff while going for their free coffee, and it didnt quite bear the results they hoped for.
