I love all the apha games, I used to play even Hyper Street Fighter Alpha just to see test custom meters.

Deu pra ver que ele controla os dois personagem. Tinha que ser pra valer não acha ?
Não tem como controlar o cpu apenas manipula-lo já que as AI possuem brechas para que possamos puni la, o que fiz foi o chamado mirror match (partida espelho) para gerar o Double K.O.
Em TAS isso é até normal fazermos isso.

por encrivel que seja esse programa tas nos mostra quais são os golpes que cortariam o golpe de seu adversário
Não é um programa é uma ferramenta, você tem que fazer tudo independente da existência dela, e não é exatamente necessário de tool assisted para saber quais golpes sobressaem sobre outros, o que você falou já é possível analisando golpes por hitbox viewer e pesquisando sobre a frame data de cada golpe, por exemplo o chute forte um personagem mais rápido tem um frame data menor que um boneco maior e mais lento logo o chute forte dele é mais rápido e se sobressai a ataques de frames mais lentos que dos demais.
Agora obviamente quando você grava em tool assisted você joga o jogo frame a frame então punir e ultrapassar golpes virá algo comum se você tiver noção e estudo do jogo o suficiente.

Why does sagat have a Scar and it isn't it supposed to be before ryu did it to him
Despite the 'Zero' in the title, this is set after the first Street Fighter. The text before the fight has Ryu asking if Sagat is "back for more", with Sagat saying he's going to get revenge on Ryu for giving him the scar.

Tbh i wished there was a tutorial on how to there bnb combos as theres still a decent scene in some pockets. my locals suck on not helping new comers, i bring my Saturn every Wednesday with the ram cart and my arcade stick to it and we get a decent group playing for the night till closing

Não tem como jogar contra o Akuma?
Acho que tem, hoje em dia eu sei disso ao menos, este gameplay é antigo de 2013 e por isso não forcei a luta contra ele, como é reupload não tive como refazer nada.
Alguem pode me explicar, de uma forma simples, sem linguagem técnica ou fala decorada, o que esse TAS, que eu nunca entendi?

Mas de forma resumida, é um jogador que cria vídeos a partir das ferramentas fornecidas pelo emulador, com ela você consegue terminar o jogo mais rápido possível utilizando glitches e desenvolvendo estratégicas conhecidas e desconhecidas, no meu caso como é jogos de luta eu não preciso terminar o mais rápido possível mas sim mostrar o que geralmente ninguém verá em uma partida online ou offine que é abusar do máximo de combos conhecidos e desconhecidos, manipular o CPU para eventuais combos ou glitches, o objetivo disto tudo é entreter e não mostrar habilidades reais.
