I absolutely love how you two did this. The greenhouse catches all the glory of those old style buildings: little refuges of exotic plants arranged fancifully. The formal gardens are *incredible* and I love that you have not only aesthetic floral gardens but that even the kitchen gardens are arranged beautifully as well too, as they were in real life! There was a really good documentary I watched about all kinds of gardens on Netflix a while back, and the grounds here made me remember that. The meandering bush-paths, part-maze, part just a fanciful place for taking a quiet, secluded walk with a friend or loved one away from prying eyes. And the building! The architecture!!! Marvelous use of the build tool here, I loved the bed seats and all the other things you did. I love the colors you chose for each part, the stables and out building look *so* good! And the greens and blues for the greenhouse! And the main castle itself might be primarily whites and greys and blacks but the little corner bits with the signs and bricks do a *marvelous* job of adding pops of color to break it all up! And the ending bit! :D I had a lot of fun watching you two run around and just *be* in the space, it really added to the feel of the build, for showing the scale and also just it was amusing to see the little scenes you two had made (better look with your cooking next time!) and I laughed out loud at the spinning under the chandelier. I'm not sure that's how lightbulbs are *normally* changed, but now we know how two chickens change a light bulb. :) Great video you two! I really enjoyed it!
Cool it seems I'm going to be the first comment this time. ^^ I really do wonder how you build, you're so seamless! I suppose I have a different style.
The timelapse vids we generally make are rebuilds that we plan out after the final version of the project is finished. We figure it's a more satisfying production that way, rather than dozens to hundreds of hours condensed into a mess of scattered edits all over a big build project 😆
Amazing realization as always, especially at the level of the terraforming and the vegetation, I really love it ! Inspiration from Azay-le-rideau this time ?
This build was inspired by Château de la Mothe-Chandenier, but the building was destroyed by a fire in real life, so they look a bit different from one another. Glad you enjoyed the video!
We planned to make a downscaled, survival-friendly version of our French castles for tut(s) eventually, but it'll be quite a while before we can get those out
Please show a short 360° of your builds *WITHOUT* shaders. Shaders are a crutch for bad builders, and I think it's worth seeing your great builds in vanilla minecraft! You don't need a crutch, guys 😊
How do you get the beds like that for the chairs?
We used worldedit, but you could also use the debug stick.
@@FikiAndBiki what command(s) for world edit?
"/cut" and "/paste" the selected end of the bed
@@FikiAndBiki Thank you very much
The shader really helps it look more realistic.
I love the landscaping. One of my favorite things to build in Minecraft.
U should really do a tutorial on this it's beautiful!
The interior is amazing too ! great use of the debug stick ! it gives so much ideas !

Great video you two! I really enjoyed it!
Thank you for the many kind words! We appreciate the time you took in giving us feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the video!
This build is fantastic and watching it come together was satisfying. It must have taken hours, even with world edit. Thank you for showing us!

Would you ever consider building the kyoto Imperial Palace. It has so many beautiful details, where I dont have the skills to build yet.
We'll check it out!

So lucky!
How amezing
This took 2 years didn't? 😭 love it
Closer to 2 months! But probably felt like years then 😆
@@FikiAndBiki I figured 😂
bro, please, can you make a schematic or map of this wonderful building?
Is there any chance I could get a tutorial on the main house? I love everything about it

@@FikiAndBiki Alr! Well thank you for creativity with this build I love it
i wana know how to download it so i can see the sights look at the incredible architecture and more
Bro, could you make a tutorial just for this castle? it would be really cool
can we do a world download please? my God this is amazing
How do you cut the beds in half like that?
How do you activate the metal trapdoors without redstone?
By using the debugstick and/or WorldEdit
It would be nice to see a list of materials
That would be... a very, very long list 😅
Was there a specific part of the build that you wanted to know the block palette for?
i wish i could have the map download...
wheres the schematic or world download
Reupload?
Yea, they uploaded it yesterday and then they re-uploaded it
