No, Federer hasn't given "more back to tennis" - that's a biased, haphazard, unsupported claim that has no empirical evidence whatsoever to back it up. Sure, he may have been the most popular player in the world at his peak, and I accept that, but the player popularity stakes tell us absolutely nothing about what a player supposedly "gives back" to the game. In fact, you failed to define precisely what he supposedly "gave back" to tennis - at least from your point of view. I'm sure Nadal and Djokovic fans could make a similar case: after all, one of them has won Roland Garros a staggering 14 times while the other has a whopping 11 Australian Open titles, an untouchable 40 Masters 1000 titles, and a mind-boggling 428 weeks as World No. 1. Perhaps these stats indicate that both of these players "gave more back to tennis" than Federer? Finally, regarding Federer as the "original GOAT" may bring you a modicum of comfort now that his record has been eclipsed by both Djokovic and Nadal, but I'm afraid it's the present that matters. The fact is, there's only one player that owns the accolade of GOAT, and it's the untouchable Novak Djokovic.
