Hey guys any of you folks know how to set the cam timing I'm assembling my 212 and I don't see obvious marks anywhere to set it, I'd rather not have my valves collide. Any info is greatly appreciated
The 212 kit isnt a Problem the Bike around tears apart ;-) I knew everytime i rev mine @10k for longer than 5 minutes - i had to replace/fix something like Tank, Batterieholder, exhaust, swinginarm or the frame. Not to mention the cheap stupp like lamps or mirrors.... My solution was replace the carb & intake manifold to a small 28 mm Version. That limits the 10k rev range - but now i have the same power like the 190 with the 33mm carb & intake manifold.
More power more problems less riding,lifan 110 is the best engine for the money and Reliable! Not a race engine but for everyday monkey bikes not race bikes I vote the lifan 110 the best all round Chinese motor u can buy
I know my yx140 was rock solid even better when I added the V2 race head. Its all in the prevention. Never over kill your bike or constantly hit the rev limiter, proper cooling aka aftermarket oil cooler and change that oil. I use 15w 40 many people use 10w 40.

It's not the first one I've seen the valves are weak try to find some titanium ones.
