I have already started making this dress. I am on the second dress because my granddaughter wants 4 in different colors. I’ve gotten faster from do the first dress. Hey how are you I came across your video and I got confused on the shoulder to waist measurement after you work the bust measurement can you explained it for me please

you measure from the slimmest part of the waist, straight up to the top of your should. The way the lady explained it you need to continue as she shows until you reach the length of your shoulder to waist ratio that you just measured. From there you continue as she explains.
