I met someone in rank who said "Don't play explorer, ugh I hate this." I decided to defend the player who was playing explorer saying "Don't be like that, let them play whoever they want." The game started, I carried the match but everyone still died. Kited Wu Chang all the way to dungeon, I was also playing female dancer. Postmatch, the hunter who was level 64 defended explorer saying "DoNt pLaY eXPlOrER let anyone play whoever they want geez. What matters is skill not character." Seer left ;)
Explorer is actually a really good decoder, sure he has to spend a lot of time looking for pages (which slows down cipher rush) but he can prime a cipher at 50% with a page which reduces the time to prime or pop it
I'm so sick of people getting angry that their randoms play non-meta characters. Make a team and vc with people if you're so competitive, it's your own stupid fault, not your randoms.

I healed her but she didnt heal me, was near when i was chaired but didnt rescue. And then she tries to kite but apparently shes a really bad kiter, which i learnt whilst spectating her. Thank goodness the hunter was a nice person. She didn't hit postman while rescuing and she was staying near the chair even after she knew you guys saw mech throwing and weren't going to rescue her again. Although she got full presence she gave you guys a cipher rush advantage. Both side were basically equal throughout the remainder or the match. If she was a not nice hunter she'd take advantage and go after you guys right after rechairing mech.

If that mech is an Elk rank. I’ve played with them on rank matches during the first qualifiers round of COA. It was against a violinist and when I saw how quickly they got downed, I knew they were throwing. They can throw in matchmaking, not in rank matches and especially in coa matches.
this happened to me but i was playing as seer and one person playing as lucky guy started bullying me for being a bad seer before a rank match (i played with this person two times in rank) but both times the hunter and the other survivors immediately went to find him and chaired him lol. it was really funny cuz he kept saying “thank you” over and over again. i’m really glad that i got to play with nice people who defended me and talk to me after the matches. ngl i cried a bit :’)
Unrelated to dear toxic mech but related to that Leo Teleport is a pretty useful trait since it helps you get to places quickly and if someone is dismantling a puppet you can just teleport there and get a hit
I played with a perfumer who threw like that. Me and another player went out of our way to rescue and body block for her and she started doing the snowball emote. Me and the hunter had a lovely convo post-match abt how awful she was.
Everytime I play hunter and see someone want to throw away a match, i just stop at tie even i can get 3 and 4 kills because i respect those who want to play seriously but still get a loose just because someone in their team just want to throw away a match
Bruh like as a mostly mechanic main (sometimes Gardner or prospecter) I always try to help as much as I can, even though the mechanic isn’t a rescuer type character. I use the robot to rescue and heal people when I can, but i always try to be decoding as much as possible as well, so it just is so rude that this mechanic wouldn’t do that.
I met a minds eye that was throwing ranked because she wanted to rank down, this was my promo match btw. We were going onto tier five, it was really annoying. People who throw rank (especially others promos) make no sense to me.

If that mech is an Elk rank. I’ve played with them on rank matches during the first qualifiers round of COA. It was against a violinist and when I saw how quickly they got downed, I knew they were throwing. They can throw in matchmaking, not in rank matches and especially in coa matches.
When you thought the hunter will be friendly to you be like:
this happened to me but i was playing as seer and one person playing as lucky guy started bullying me for being a bad seer before a rank match (i played with this person two times in rank) but both times the hunter and the other survivors immediately went to find him and chaired him lol. it was really funny cuz he kept saying “thank you” over and over again. i’m really glad that i got to play with nice people who defended me and talk to me after the matches. ngl i cried a bit :’)

Everytime I play hunter and see someone want to throw away a match, i just stop at tie even i can get 3 and 4 kills because i respect those who want to play seriously but still get a loose just because someone in their team just want to throw away a match

Bruh like as a mostly mechanic main (sometimes Gardner or prospecter) I always try to help as much as I can, even though the mechanic isn’t a rescuer type character. I use the robot to rescue and heal people when I can, but i always try to be decoding as much as possible as well, so it just is so rude that this mechanic wouldn’t do that.

I met a minds eye that was throwing ranked because she wanted to rank down, this was my promo match btw. We were going onto tier five, it was really annoying. People who throw rank (especially others promos) make no sense to me.
