Man from the fog is jump scaring us 24/7
I think next video well for you and your 2 friend is made some proper equipment like weapon and armor, base setup like defences, barricade, trap, wall, etc. Also you need to have secured resources gathering like wood, stone, and food so you can produce inside your base
Pillager outpost is actually OP starter base cause the dwellers cant crawl up them cause of the way it's built
Most of them climb up, crawl and some of them even break glass and doors its just the one who watches that cant do these things bc he is made so bad idk what people see in them

How'd you make the server with mods? I've been trying to make one for ages, but it never works. Or when it does theres red X's on the ground and i cant remove them with F7.
I used Shockbyte and followed there videos. The red X’s display the light level you’d need to search up the keyboard combination to make them invisible
