Comcast Emergency Alert System - Required Weekly Test (February 16, 2024)

Personally recorded EAS #196. Two weeks later and our DASDEC remains disfigured. Additionally, there appears to be a slight echo/relay in the tones sent out, so much so that my decoding software is displaying four end of message tones. Recorded from TV Land during an episode of M*A*S*H this morning.
