The mics were red lining, I use to work as a P.A., back in the days, someone at the show should've been aware of the sounds levels
just add a compressor/limiter in the line, guys. then the levels won't matter.

Fighter and the kid has some deals with fox I think and they own ESPN. This video is uploaded by Ufc in fox so Conor prob had an obligation in his contract.
Sam De Prez TFATK used to be sponsored by Fox for their first 50-100 episodes then went out on there own. Fox doesn’t own ESPN, Disney does but this interview was done when ufc and fox had a deal which is why he’s interviewing with them. They were a fox affiliate and the ufc had a deal with fox. After the fox deal expired the UFC signed a deal with ESPN/Disney and zuffa sold the ufc to img shortly after.

He is so dorky and terrible with all accents and he always says them like he really is this eclectic, cultured bilingual billionaire trying to ooze charisma of something. Like a foreign yoga instructor you meet in an Adam Sandler movie who tries to seduce you. Then he confirms it even further when he fakes with his gay talk about men's looks and stuff. I know it's just Bryan and I love him, but he's a pro at making me and others uncomfortable, on purpose and not.

Jiu Jitsu isn't that popular outside of Japan, at least not as popular as Brazilian jiu jitsu. That's why people leave out the "Brazilian" part all the time.

Well he sort of was, he won an All-Ireland boxing tournament at Youth level. I think thats where the confusion comes from, he never competed in the All-Ireland seniors. And to be fair i have never actually heard him claim he was a national boxing champion.

This is the only Figther and the kid podcast I've seen but judging from this video, this seems a lot more like and interview than a conversation
Honestly, listening back to this podcast, I kinda wish he had went back and fought at light heavyweight honestly. I feel like he would’ve actually been able to do pretty well at LHW, and I really wish he had at least went back for one more fight at 205 and so we could have seen what he was able to do. I really do think he would have had some good fights there as well cause then instead of being the kinda smaller guy (compared to those giants at HW in the UFC) and he then would have been the bigger guy and i feel like it could have for sure reignited his career and maybe even got into at least the Top 10 in the LHW Division. But yeah, I really wish we could’ve at least seen him get a fight if him in the UFC at 205, that would have been amazing.

Anon Guy Maybe some words come across as Scottish but the majority of his effort sounds Belfast to me.
As an Irishman whose been to Scotland many times, I can assure you it sounds like neither. There's many regional accents in Ireland and Scotland anyway, so there's not really a generic "Irish or Scottish accent", for instance Conor has a working class Dublin accent which is hugely different to pretty much everywhere else in the country.
I've yet to hear an American do any sort of Irish accent well, Depending what age they are, they either do a bad impressions of Sean Connery in Darby O'Gill and the little people (which is a Scotsman doing a bad Irish accent) or Brad Pitt in Snatch (which is an American doing an impression of a tinker unbelievably badly)
