Nobody wants to see women play rugby
Agree, strip them of future tournaments if that's how poor the crowd attendance is. Not a good look if one is trying to showcase & further expand globally one's sport. There are many actual on-field competing nations not currently hosting any rounds.....nz, argentina, ireland, japan & france.
It may pick up on the playoff days

It was a much better,more fun event when at the Padang.Nat.stadium is soulless,restricted access,no beers😮
If the organisers can't get bums in seats, move to event the following year.
