Before you fully unroll it, lock in the short sides (make sure you havent dropped the floor to the ground). Then lock in the longer sides. Only then do you drop the floor.

Ok so the sides won’t click without the central portion(floor) inside the walls.. disassemble if needed and then assemble it again.. it’s a funny design!

It’s the dumbest thing putting this together! Who wraps and sows the fabric where you need to see the rails snap in.

The sides keeps collapsing and it's so wobbly. I don't trust this crib. Very poor instructions. What is I'm doing wrong

Maybe yours is defective. I snapped all 4 sides in first then pushed down the center. It’s pretty steady once all done.
