You are forgetting the one thing that is not being spoken. They were in victory formation so the defense was not prepared and that is the issue. If you want to score or try to score then line up as such and let the defense have the opportunity to defend. No one is doing that in victory formation.

One important note before I go, I never had the platform to share with you until now. My mom passed in 2010 and I was at the lowest that I had ever been my entire life. I was 47 at the time and I used to just stare at the TV when watching football, because her loss was so heavy on my mind. When you came into the league in 2011, you set it on fire. I bought the NFL sports package through direct TV because I live in Maryland. Watching you every Sunday helped get me through those tough times. I was able to live again and enjoy my wife, kids and family. I want to say THANK YOU my brother. I hope to one day meet you and tell you face to face. You are a stand up guy, by the way I'm a car collector and I love that Olds Cutlass that you have lol.

Easy Fix.
It should impossible to advance the ball in Victory Formation.
Just like it’s impossible to advance an onside kick recovery.
No penalty if you try. The ball just cannot be advanced. The offense just has to control the snap.
The problem aint the score. The problem was they was supposed to take knee and stayed in that formation. If they lined up differently I don't think it would have been a problem

The part to that story your leaving out is that everyone had a problem with what Head Coach Greg Schiano was instructing the Bucs to do. Media, other teams ripped Tampa for that (play to the whistle) mentality. So either its okay for what Tampa was doing, and what Saints did Sunday or its not.
