Thanks for your comments! Good to hear the videos helpful! Just trying to help the field getting started with those products videos has so many words.. more to come stay tuned.. thx JZ ☕️🪛
What happens if we just plug the TC10 to MTR? Most of case, we receive the box at the installation location and there is no "external" PoE connection to upgrade the version. Isn`t it supposed to be handled by Windows update?
Hi👋 Great question! You are correct the TC10 coming in the G9+ kit together with Teams Room PC has 6.3 or higher so just magically pairs🤩. It was more to make the field aware if you want to connect extra (up to 4!) TC10s already at customer doing nothing or laying around in the cupboard etc then will be some extra upgrade work😉 JZ☕️🪛
Hi Jan, what is the best way to connect a C60 to the new room system? Can a PoE+ switch be used for both the TC10 and C60 or do we need to bring it in on USB at the computer?
Hi 👋thanks for your comments and yess the commended way to use Trio C60 in USB mode is connect it via USB cable to the Teams Room PC for power use PoE port from a switch or a PoE injector... in case of via the network you could even manage it via Poly Lens to reboot or upgrade software etc.. does that help? JZ☕️🪛
Hi 👋 thanks! You can use TC10 both as control and scheduling panel! It's within MS Pro license 😃 or TC10 schedling panel as standalone with a MS shared device license. Be aware both as control or scheduling 📅 panel it needs to connect to Teams in Azure. Does that help? 🪛☕️
@@janzoetemelk but can I connect two Panels behind the lila Internal Port? I dont want to connect it on out Company Network, only the internal Network behind the lila Port. Is this possible ?
I have been getting a lot out of your presentations for years now. I wish you much success.

@@janzoetemelk thanks for confirming. Would have been nice if it could pair like Android then only 1 cable needed, maybe something Poly could work on.
@KenCallen absolutely there is always space for improvements 🤗🪛keep the field comments coming.. 💯 ☕️JZ🪛
Can I use a second TC10 with a switch behind the internal lila RJ45 port and use it as a scheduling panel?
