Things changed a lot between them because of what happened. Michael was telling him to leave because he is no longer the brother he once knew and loved. He is like a whole different person. Michael hugged him at the end and looked surprised because he hadn’t seen his twin like that since the fall and he missed it because it reminded him of their relationship back before Samuel left. Michael knows that they are the same person. He just wishes things were like before.
