Ya don't. Electric cars cannot be the future, just a stopgap. Especially America needs human friendly architecture, not car friendly. Otherwise we'll just have 8 lane highways congested with electric cars. Makes not a lick of difference.
I just got my Hyundai Casper and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Very smooth ride and it does not eat a lot of gas. I cannot wait until this is officially released so I can purchase it as well! Btw I got mine used and it was around 12k together including having it shipped to where I live so when this is released I don't mind getting it used either because either way its still affordable!
It's great to see smaller (especially narrower) EVs with a reaonable range finally coming to market! Many new cars are really wide for narrower European streets. If I didn't already have an EV that I'm planning to keep for a long time, this would be high in my list.
I absolutely love this car, I'm so enthusiastic about it. I'm looking forward to test it. It's variability, the look, the buttons, everything. It even has a heat pump. If it drives as well as it looks then... man. I even would sell my ID4 for it. Or at least my wife's Ioniq from 2019 😁
I'm so excited this is coming to the UK! This and the new Grande Panda are so funky and I love the fact all four seats fold flat in the Inster to make a bed! I'm so glad to see cheaper EV's hitting our shores and it finally seems manufacturers are realising that inexpensive small EV's don't have to be boring.
My wife has had 2x i10's and loves them. Now she's seen the Inster/Casper, she'd love one in the yellow colours, and it looks like it has a lot more room than the i10. I've got an Ultimate spec 2022 Kona EV which I love driving, and when my 3yr contract with it is up next March, I'll probably get the latest model, although since Ford announced the Puma is getting a full EV too, that is right up there on looks and hifi specs alone (I do like a decent & loud audio system, and while the Krell system in my Kona sounds decent, it's not very loud).
Looking forward to seeing the Inster in my local uk Hyundai showroom 👍 It’s a genuine potential first ev for us, our Tucson is now too big for what we need, so looking to downsize. However, a bit of a niche requirement, but the clincher for us will be the max boot space for our dog, ie with the rear seats up, but upright and pushed forward, something I’m not getting from RUclips so really need to see such practical criteria in the flesh - I mean, do customers really care about the size of front vent flaps?! Love the butter/cream yellow - I just hope Hyundai UK marketing don’t reduce the colour palette to black, dark grey, mid grey, light grey and white to cater for supposed uk buyers’ tastes 🙄

Yes, just tell them to export both models to Australia! What gets me is, it takes far too long to get very interesting Korean cars here to Australia, like the "ute" (mini truck) and the Chinese flood our market with their cheap, less practical, less reliable cars and grab to empty Australian pockets and Aussie savings, because they flooded the market with stocked cars. Right now, there are not enough Santa Fee s here to please the very interested public, the waiting lists are already endless long and there is a fat chance to get the car delivered by Christmas 2024! This are the sad facts here with car sales in sheets Ville (Oz)!

I's the st van based on the Citroen dispatch from the 90s it's very similar, they were great vans, hope the Casper is cheap as poor leaf 30 needs replaced
When will the "Cross"-version be introduced? Will it also have changes in the interior? I really would like to get rid of the "piano lacquer" (high glossy plastics) buttons on the steering wheel as well as around the buttons in the middle. I really don't understand why Hyundai did use this material in the Casper, you'll see your fingerprints on it every time, it scratches easily and also can dazzle in sunlight.
I really hope these are not those faulty batteries that catches fire Hyundai loves to use, I really love the Casper it's really good looking inside and out but batteries for me is a huge concern.
저는 유튜브 보는게 취미라서 외국 영상도 많이 보는데 한국 사람들 한테는 이미 캐스퍼가 익숙해서 디자인이 그냥 나쁘지 않아 보이지만 기존 내연차 디자인에 픽셀디자인을 넣은 부분이 꽤 어색하고 저렴해 보이는 실내, 정리 안된 버튼들이 처음보는 외국인들 시선에서 전반적인 디자인 완성도 부분에서 부족한 부분이 있지 않나 싶습니다. 다른 유튜버들 리뷰 영상에서도 디자인 부분에서 만큼은 호불호가 갈리더라구요. 제가 보기에도 Renault 5 EV, Peugeot E-208 같은 경쟁 모델 대비 디자인 부분만큼은 조금 아쉬워 보입니다. 아마 현대가 전략적으로 투자하는 세그먼트가 아니라서 그런지 GGM 생산 이라서 그런지는 모르겠습니다... (아 그리고 왜 굳이 이름을 Inster로 바꿨는지 조금 이해가 가지 않습니다ㅠㅠ) 그럼에도 불구하고 파워트레인 구성이나 실내 공간 만큼은 워낙 훌륭하기에 페이스리프트를 통해서 부족한 부분만 보완되면 유럽시장에서 더 경쟁력 있어지지 않을까 싶습니다.

If we compare it with its direct competitors( by size) in the European market, the Fiat 500e and the Dacia Spring. It is the first without major compromises. Dacia has sold more than 100,000 units of the Spring, so there is demand for small and affordable EVs. Especially after VW quit producing the e-UP and its clones from Seat and Škoda, the offering is weak.

180mm longer wheelbase than the ICE model is what I meant to say. Casper Electric is 230mm longer than the ICE model.

독일어로 Kasper가 부정적인 단어라고 하더라고요. 많은 영어권 시청자들 또한 Casper 이름이 더 잘 어울린다는 반응인 것 같아요.
