This video is for Brother ROTARY HOOK COVER (or you can call it Sewing arm door or bobbin house door) adjustment. For all Pr Series machines PR600, PR600II, PR620, PR650, PR650e, PR655, PR670e, PRS100, PR1000, PR1000e, PR1050X, PR1055X embroidery machines. (baby lock 6 needles and 10 needles embroidery will be the same.)

How to fix the Bobbin house door not stay closed
如何修復勾腳蓋鬆脫沒辦法保持蓋上
It's because the Bobbin door spring be bent
是因為勾腳蓋下的彈簧片被壓彎了
Remove the Bobbin door, be careful don't push too hard
將勾腳蓋從機器上拆下, 請小心不要太用力
Take the spring out
取出彈簧片
You can see this spring was bent
你可以看見這個彈簧片已經彎曲了
try to use fingers to bend it back to straight
可以試著用手指將它扳平扳直
Be careful don't bend too hard to break it
請小心不要太用力, 別把它扳壞了
It looks better and straight now
現在看起來比之前還平直了
Now we can put the spring back to the bobbin house
現在我們可以把彈簧片放回機器上
Now put the door back, insert one end first
現在裝回勾腳蓋, 讓左邊先卡入溝槽
make sure the spring stay in the bobbin door hole
要讓彈簧片卡入勾腳蓋底部中間的小孔
Slowly push down the bobbin door back to its position
慢慢下壓勾腳蓋直到可以推回到正確位置
Now the bobbin house door back to normal
好了,勾腳蓋回復正常工作狀態了
