      Give me a reason not to. I have years of reasons not to trust or believe Labour and the Tories; so if the only argument you have is cynical mistrust, that's of no use to me.

      Are you remotely familiar with farage’s history? The fact the party is new does not make him a clean slate

      Yes, I am familiar with Farage. I was a member of UKIP. I have no issues with anything he's pushing as a major policy. Reform have done very well it seems and I'm very pleased with my vote.

    While I see what you're saying. Nigel Farrage is the Andrew Tate of politics. He uses issues that gets people emotional and then has used that to line his pockets. He pushed Brexit, and made money so much money off of brexit, while the average person has really suffered from Brexit. The Tories and Labour really arent much better, but Farrage tries to play it like hes "one of the people" but he really isn't.
    Every party has its issues, but I trust Farrage the least. But to each there own, thats the beauty, and the downfall, of democracy.

      I'm voting based on issues and reality, not whether or not the internet has decided to label someone "far right". The issues of unchecked immigration, infrastructure collapse, cost of living crisis, and woke ideology in Britain are all huge problems right now. Farage is the only politician saying what real people in UK are feeling, and the only one who hasn't openly lied, broken manifesto promises, or been outright defrauding the public.
      To compare Farage to Andrew Tate is to swallow soundbite bullshit and shows you didn't actually listen to policy, you just accepted the media narrative. I don't trust Farage, I don't know the man. I do know that Sunak and Starmer are compulsive liars, both intend to do nothing about immigration, both are incompetent, and both are idiologically controlled by a woke agenda. Farage might be terrible, but all we can go on is the manifestos and the Reform manifesto is the only one that cares to help the British people, so I'm voting for that. Your alternative is to assume everyone is lying, at which point voting is pointless, which if true is a useless perspective to have.
      Vote Reforn UK... or be a cynic and do nothing. I choose the former.

      @@TornadoCreator My man, in all honesty, Farrage showed himself the man he was when he got brexit passed and quit politics. Hes self-centered and using thing people are passionate about to get what he wants.
      I can tell you're passionate about it, and while I dont agree with everything you want (I have many immigrant friends, and consider it a blessing to be able to share in their cultures, while sharring the british one in return for example) you are entitled to your wants and opinions.
      Im just saying, looking at Farrages track record, he comes into politics when he has something to gain, and will just as quickly leave when he has gotten what he wants.
      Im trying to show you respect for your opinons and wants here, and Im not disrespecting you in any way, Im just saying that I, myself, dont trust that reform would be the way to go about achieveing them. If you cant respect my reasoning, well, maybe I should know better than trying to have a debate about politics on the internet 😂

      @yinrascal I have no issue with immigrants. My issue is that 5% of our current population showed up in the last 4 years! There's a difference between managed reasonable immigration and a fucking swarm! We're only a small island, immigration in the billions is unsustainable and hurts everyone.

    • @TornadoCreator
      @TornadoCreator  7 месяцев назад

      @yinrascal Oh, and don't mistake harsh language for disrespect. On my channel, so long as you argue in good faith, we can disagree as much as is necessary. You are welcome here and I look forward to the challenge to my perspectives. Don't take my dismissal of an argument as personal disrespect, it is very much the opposite. I don't waste time engaging with idiots I don't respect.

      @@yinrascalthe reason why farage can get people passionate is because they're starved of a voice. I work in a manufacturing plant and know some fantastic immigrants, really great people everyone would love to have. But i also see that half of British Muslims think that homosexuality should be illegal. We as a country should be able to turn those people away. The reason why the far right keep getting support is because no one in the centre is willing to offer a cautious immigration policy where we get a diverse array of people coming and bettering our country while rejecting the harmful ones that want my family dead

      Yep I did pay attention, and unlike you clearly, I actually read the manifestos. I'm very pleased with the Reform UK performance. You however seem very upset, likely due to spending too much time letting mainstream media brainwash you. Thanks for the comment all the same.

      @@TornadoCreator Farage endorses Trump and considers Putin a great leader. Perhaps you're aware of them?
      And I read his 'contract'. Some of the ideas sounded good, but you could say that of every manifesto, and are totally unfunded. No, you're not going to make savings of 50 billion by making cuts to the civil service - that's like cutting 100,000 people earning £50,000 pa. If it were that simple, the Tories would have already done it.
      Expecting the French to take back the boat people is laughable AND breaks maritime law - and so on and so on.
      But a 'left winger' endorsing a right wing racist does show you how ill informed people have become.🤣

      @@TornadoCreator Have you removed my comment? I replied but it hasn't appeared.

    • @vivienclogger
      @vivienclogger 7 месяцев назад

      @@TornadoCreator just in case the earlier reply didn't appear: I read the 'contract'. It had some good ideas but was not realistically costed. For example - it said it would save 50 billion through government savings. This is the equivalent of 100,000 workers earning £50,000 a year losing their jobs. If it was that easy, the Tories would have already done it.
      The idea of sending the 'boat people' back to France breaks maritime law and would just make the French chuckle - especially as they offered to set up a processing centre in France in 2021 and Johnson said no.
      Farage has called Putin a great leader and is friends with Trump. Neither of these people are known for their left wing sympathies, so the 'contract' may say one thing, but reality says another.
      And so on. The 'contract' was supposed to attract the disinfranchised, knowing that it would never have to make true on its promises. A clever trick, because it clearly worked.

    • @TornadoCreator
      @TornadoCreator  7 месяцев назад

      @vivienclogger Farage has repeatedly called Putin a vile man and a warmonger, I have witnessed him saying so first hand, so why lie and make out like he's pro-Russia? Do you think you'll convince me that you're arguing in good faith, or do you think I'll dismiss everything you say because you're provably lying to my face.
      Either you are disgustingly misinformed or you think I'm an idiot, either way; posts like this just make Reform voters ignore you and assume you're a butthurt leftist who'll scream "racist" at them for no reason, and why should we listen to that bellend?
      Try again, and make an argument that's wholely honest. And yes, I'm ignoring every other point you've made until you correct this one. I don't debate with liars.
