    Piter P was asking about upgrade, which is visible under the table. After I build a table saw, I decided to add some more strenght to hold circular saw engine. This support was made from simple 8mm threaded rod and some scrap wood. Attached rod under the table and with washers and nuts fixed circular saw in place.

    Of all that I've checked out I like yours best. Made one in the past but I had to put too much time and effort into it. Yours is simpler and even more efficient. I will make it probably tomorrow. If it don't rain. Thanks !

    Really, It is a well done job.
    I will apply this to my table saw with minor addition. I will fix two small pieces of wood to the back side of the sled at each side end. These two pieces should be extended (one or two cm.) underneath the table . This will prevent flipping the sled.

    You could screw on a little stop block on the edge of the table so one of the end supports bumps against it to prevent the sled from going too far past the middle of the blade.

    Simple &easy. I made a similar table saw. But unfortunately the saw was slightly askew. so I can not make such simple sled.

    Good idea.....although the cuts don't look square in the video....I think the sled is so simple to build, that a few minor adjustments wouldn't be difficult.... thanks for your video

    Great Job! I like your ideas and videos. One thing though. Im going to add a stop on my cross slide. So the slide doesnt cut all the way through the slide and cut my hand. Just in case. Its better to be safe

    If i were you i would make the runners out of hard wood They are less likely to stick also add wax to the sides of the runners
    But a very efficient little crosscut sled Well done
