I used most of your design but I remade the head bit of the legs and totally new arms and a bit of the torso we will because I didn't have all the pieces you need to build it so I made my own

I don't know, I only have K2-S0 and Grievous, but I'd say yes.
LEGO should start making highly detailed small ucs sets like this, the ccs figures failed but a line of brick built droids would sell great
