Do you think it's possible it could be the barrons? Try to take the motor apart and give it a good cleaning and service , see if that helps ... If the windings are discolored and not running at it's normal wattage and it's making a loud humming or buzzing , that motor is pretty much done for , make a video of it and you can receive advice , but other than that I really enjoyed your video 👍🙂
