'Joseph' was great. The whole movie and joju's acting were top notch. I thought that was his peak performance. But then came 'iratta'. Both the movie and his acting were even greater.
And I forgot about joju's 'nayattu' which was released in between. Again one of the best movies. How is he getting all these mind blowing scripts! All three were cop stories, but totally different from one another and all the 3 will leave you in shock when the movie is over, especially 'iratta' and 'nayattu'.
FYI: The scriptwriter Rony David Raj and director Roby David Raj are real brothers. Their father C T Rajan was a film producer and he produced a mammotty film in 1989 although it was a critically acclaimed classic, it faced a box office failure and left him in significant debt and he never ventured into filmmaking again. Now, many years later those debts were repaid by the huge succes of Kannur Squad ... So this movie cleared a family debt from 1989 😊 Rony is a doctor come actor and Roby is a cinematographer and now a director too
