@@christianprevost8455 Yea no shit Sherlock, the only reason chuck e cheese champs like Sylas and Akali aren't taking over is their poor waveclear. As if she even needs it, farming people is easier than clearing a cannon wave.
This change doesn't help in that regard, it only amplifies her strengths ( doran's shield and second wind / fleet ) so insane sustain and she still one shots your sorry ass if she lands 1 E cuz why not?

Are you able to provide explanation as to how Illaoi went from being bottom of A-tier last patch to near top of S-tier this patch with no apparent buffs?

@@topboyricardo2927 They try to balance around both, but it's hard. Usually they balance easier champs around soloq and hard ones around proplay because they would become gamebreaking
The changes won't do much low elo, but higher up Mordekaiser will be more viable since he falls off at around diamond where people build QSS much more often. People will have to learn to Kite Mordekaiser rather than just buying one item. To be honest, the ability to QSS Mordekaiser's ult was kind of a braindead mechanic. It would be fine if you kept the stats from ulting someone, but you don't. Now Mordekaiser can be more viable. It's something Mordekaiser mains have been wanting for a while now, and I'd say it's a necessary change. He is most likely a bit overtuned now though, but it's not game breaking.

@@christianprevost8455 he is a hit and run champ. hes also not tanky unless you go grasp and build tank or mix a little bit of tank items in to become an ap bruiser. even then he has long cd so tank gragas isnt as strong as you would think

It seems like a couple champions got bumped up into S tier without explanation, like Sett. Can we get some insight as to why that is?
Anyone have any thoughts on the idea of moving power out off yasuo windwall and redistributing it to the other parts of his kit?
All you could do is increase it’s Cd and put that into a lower r cd that’s already pretty low.
Windwall is one of the only abilities i really wouldnt change on yas. Lasers and similar projectiles go through and its a high CD for a strong effect. I hate yas but tbh he doesnt have much going for him this season even after IE buff

i dont get why varus is always so low even though i see him on every tournament
because this CC is smoking crack and doesnt actually play the game.
What makes varus strong (in tournaments) is that he's a champion that can fit multiple niches - you can pick him anywhere after first bans (1-2-3) and pair him with an absurd amount of support, in addition to being able to adapt to both poke compositions and teamfight/stand compositions. He has good keystone and build flexibility (kind of comparable to kaisa build variety), but he doesn't take up any magic damage space in the team. His kit is super well rounded for more coordinated plays too, in addition to being good into caitlyn/ashe lanes - Which often becomes default picks in tournaments if zeri, jinx or aphelios are banned from the pool after first ban rotation.
Compared to Jinx/Kog auto range +sustain damage, Zeri/Twitch 1v9 wipe potential, Lucian+enchanter combo, and Nilah XP buff and crazy scaling, Varus just falls a bit short (although I do think he is still strong)
I think you need to adjust the Morde part...
What youre saying sounds like his ult cannot be cleansed by ANYTHING anymore... But cleansing effects like GP Orange or Olaf R still cleanses the R (at least that's what Vandiril showed in his video)
Riot says that's mordekaiser's ult will be not cleansable either with champions abilitys
I know it was said that if Olaf’s R was already active when you tried to ult him as Morde it wouldn’t work but if you ulted him already his ult cant cleanse it. So it can still be prevented but not cleansed once you’re already in it
You watched the older vid. He made another vid 2 days later updating it. It cant be cleansed by anything anymore.
The only champs that can dodge it i believe is sivir and Gwen if she out of his range with w.

The fact you can’t outplay it is really miserable. The mechanic itself has no counter (after this patch) AND is designed to win against 95% toplane champions after he uses the spell. In my opinion, it’s nonsense, shouldn’t work like this. It’s the only mechanic like this. You can add Malzahar’s ultimate, yet your teammates can cancel it since you are not in some stupid fucking different dimension.
Why Illaoi go from A to S without any buffs?
A good Sylas change would be buffing the range on his ult. I feel like you have to get so close to hijack someone.
For the ADC tier list, why is Zeri in the bans section if she's weak?

one of my old main support champs is Taric 320k mastery points level 7...and the way how to build his items in jungle is very reduced because of his mana-hunger.
With Zak'zak nerfs and enchanters rising this patch, you should revisit Hector's AP Nami support build!

honestly hwei really isnt that bad. you can just look up good combos for him and for the most part, be fine. its not like aphelios where you have to manage your guns because you may need a certain gun for the upcoming fight, or certain combo. hwei isnt as bad to pick up as he may seem, despite him having so many abilities.

The feeling I have in this game is that supporting if you are not in the ranks of Master and above is worthless, from Master and below I don't win a single game other than with a support tank like ''zac'' that apart from tank has damage or with dps characters, at the level of malphite AP, which you kill in 1 combo to an adc
The reason they cater to the higher ranks, is because they actually know what they are doing. If they dumbed down the game for the lower mmr players, the game would get washed and the difference between bronze and diamond would disappear. There is a lot of value into learning how the game works, don't just complain because you can't play at master tier. You not being able to win your games is not a Riot issue, it's a you issue.
Of course, their game is still pretty unbalanced, but it is 'almost' completely skill based all the way up to masters. The only time when the unbalanced portion of the game starts coming into effect is when you start approaching Challenger.
I genuinely hate that TF went from known viable adc to not even being included on ADC Lists in one patch

The ability to cleanse Mordekaiser's ult with no repercussions by buying a single item is a super braindead mechanic. You should learn to kite Mordekaiser, not buy an item. This is low elo mentality. It's something that he has needed for a long time to be more viable in the higher ranks.

Also, that one item does cost gold, which would take away from anyone’s core build regardless of their type. So it was on the player’s discretion to ignore or focus an item (which again, costs time and gold) giving mord team slight advantage. Its a dumb change
@@oendj Just like with Mordekaiser, you can kite Veigar's basic abilities too. That's the point. Veigar's ult scales with missing HP, so he will never one shot you, unless you get him fed. The difference with Veigar, is that you can't buy an item to completely cleanse his ult with 1 button. You should be complaining more about Veigar, not Mordekaiser. Quicksilver, is worth significantly more than the cost it takes to buy it, considering it shuts him down completely. ADCs that are out of line do not get punished, top laners that get too greedy are not punished, etc.
Might I add, in the 2 weeks you took to respond to this, Mordekaiser's win rate did not change at all. This ultimate change did absolutely nothing to how he is played.
If a pick is a niche counter pick which inflates their winrate (like half the mid lane S tier) is it really S tier?
You think of them as niche counterpicks while they're simply stronger mages currently than let's say Ryze, Vex or Viktor while being counterpicks to the meta champs. So are they really niche?
Also bear in mind that this is catered to low elo viewers so naturally you'll find more Zed Yasuo Yone Kata than Anivia Swain Taliyah

When you put Briar as OP, you should mention that it`s only for low elo. She has literally negative wr in diamond+
She has a win ratio but not a good one. Some player are OTP Briar in challenger or GM but that extremely rare and they are so fuking strong on this champ

Briar loses 15% attack speed on her damage ability fully upgraded and she’s projected to still be exactly the same, Akali gains 30 HP and she’s changed tiers 😂

As if she needed a buff XD...
1. She doesn't need to build boots which gives her one more free spot for item and no need to waste money for boots instead she can go straight to buying her core items.
2. She can't be outplayed by catching her out (as you would do against any other enchanter) because she almost always sits on someone so first you need to kill her ally, which means need to break through her healing and shielding.
3. She doesn't need flash so she can easily pick both exhaust and heal, eventually ignite... other enchanters can pick only one of those three.

No it's not lol, I'm briar otp and never had issues catching ppl or using q on them lol. But atk speed is gonna hurt, it's gonna take more time to stack dot and overall drop in dmg.

can someone explain why ahri is apparently absurd now? i’m coming back to the game for the first time in a couple years and i thought she felt worse to play but apparently she’s nuts
The ult refresh gives her 2-3 times more reach. Easily adds one entire combo rotation to her kit in team fights. But I also think she's not that absurd... just pretty good. Quite safe to play, decent Clear, good roams, hard to fuck up with. Not as hyper carry as a Katarina, not as dominant in 1v1 in lane as a zed... but just really solid.
But you know, I get results with her as ad into hybrid top, so you know, take that with some salt.

@@bellsama6588nah morde get his opponents stats while in R. Not alot of champs are as forgiving when it comes to missing spells. The buff is good but its gonna be broken in lower elos. Positioning dose not matter if he just flashes on you or they have alot of engage

no her q range makes very little difference, nerfing her health scaling and her attack speed is actually big. she wont be so broken when ulting you anymore and she dies quicker?? i see that as a win.

This is a huge nerf for Briar her attack speed is getting reduced by 20% and she is squishier and ur complaining "omg they slightly increased her Q range what am I to do she is broken"
