Skirk and Dahlia! I've been wanting Skirk since her first appearance. I look forward to Dahlia the most though because she will bring us back to mondstadt! Definitely looking forward to an expansion to the very very neglected mondstadt.
Iansan might have never been delayed but was maybe meant to be in 5.5 everyone is just going crazy thinking Hoyoverse is delaying it but nobody has any concrete proofs and leaks are never a 100% sure... remember 4.6 ? everyone was saying we would get a new sumeru girl with a mummy-like skin appearance ? Well that character never released... Now looking on how every tribe of Natlan released so far went, everytime they release the tribe, and the character representing the tribe the most releases 1 patch later... same went for Xilonen, same went with Chasca.. only mualani was released on days 0 of her own tribe with Kinich because this was 5.0. Anyways now 5.4 the will release the collective of plenty with most likely Varesa been the cover for the tribe last quest, just like Chasca and Xilonen... Anyways this doesn't change anything to me, Iansan, skip, Ifa Skip, Varesa pull and skirk too, Fontaine girl no idea yet

The Sumeru girl was probably replaced with Sethos. That was probably my biggest surprise
