Bielsa was the best thing for Leeds in many many years.. but the honest truth is we are now cursed by it as a fanbase as our standards are so ridiculously high 😂. Great pod guys 🤙🤙
Why are they ridiculously high? He won the Championship and finished 9th in the Premier League. Shouldn't that always be the aim for a club like Leeds? If we can't match the standards that Bielsa set then we'll remain where we are. It's low standards that are the curse. People talk out of both sides of their mouth where Bielsa is concerned. On one hand he's this amazing figure who can never be replicated, on the other he was highly flawed and made lots of mistakes. It's got to the point now where people are running down Bielsa to justify Farke's shortcomings and that's pretty poor. What these guys were saying about Bielsa was a disgrace and when I pulled them up on it they kicked me out of the chat. Pathetic. Bielsa would turn games around with early subs and a change in tactics, but they said his in game management was as poor as Farke's! They said he had no plan B, but he had plan B, C, D, E. He would change formation according to how the opposition lined up! How is that having no plan B? When people say he had no plan B they mean he didn't play hoofball, yet when we had Warnock the fans used to moan about hoofball. If the fans don't have the ambition to get better than Farke then how can we expect it of the owners? The club needs to be ambitious and get a better manager. If Radz and Orta could do it with all their flaws, then there's no reason why the 49ers can't.

But he didn’t have a plan B he said him self plan B was do plan A better… My point is Farke isn’t Bielsa and never will be and if we sacked him nobody after him will be near Bielsa. It’s ridiculous because we can’t expect to see that sort of football or experience that sort of management ever again because it was only don’t by one man Marcelo!. The 49’s are more than capable but they are also much much better business men than Radz and Orta so they will not just throw away a pre season of transfer for a manager they trust because some fans are moaning… we have had a better August than last year so we’ve started better, now we need to get some results and when the end of the season come we can’t have another stumble.
