Booked to go in October, do the restaurants have air condition? Also, do they have elevators, had two heart attacks it would be a bit much for me to climb up the stairs. Thinking i should write them a letter, asking for non smoking room amd ground floor. Hope that would work. Thanks
Yes, the restaurants do have air conditioning. Unfortunately, there are no elevators. I think it would be a good idea to contact them! Have a lovely vacation!

Thank you for watching! No, there wasn't any seaweed. I'm not sure if it was cleaned, because while I didn't see anyone cleaning, when we walked down the beach past the resorts, there was some seaweed.
Hi! The Wi-Fi was actually down for about a day when we first arrived. Once they got it up and running again, it worked well, besides the fact that it just didn't really reach the beach. Hope you have a great trip!! 🙂
Its super easy, at least it always has been for us (5 times to this resort). They typically have several cabs sitting and waiting and super friendly people(in our experience) and it took us probably 20/30 mins drive. Customs was a breeze when we have gone. No line(seen others who have had different stories) no wait, just walk through. All in all its a small airport, cant really get lost lol and usually off and in our ride in no time.

Don’t stay at Jewel resort Punta Cana! Beware! They charge your card fraudulently after telling you what the charge will be including having proof of receipt. The food is terrible and unsanitary. They bait and switched us on the cost of the hotel. It’s loud and music and karaoke playing outside the rooms till 1-pm. You can’t even get an umbrella or palapa on the beach because psychos reserve them w their towels at 6am and literally fight over them. It’s awful. Worst 6 days worst vacation.
Hi, we want at the end of August to come there. Do you recommend this hotel? That part how it is with sargassum? And this hotel has seafood like lobster et? I don't see that it has any restaurant for seafood. Thank you
Hi! Yes, I recommend this hotel. There wasn't any sargassum on the beach. There was some seafood at the buffet, such as various types of fish and calamari. I'm not sure about the availability of seafood at the restaurants, since we only had time to go to one. They were more based on ethnic cuisines rather than food groups.
